Vor Eurem Behandlungstermin
Damit Ihr Eure Behandlung von Anfang an genießen könnt, bitten wir Euch, fünf Minuten vor dem vereinbarten Termin bei uns im Spa zu erscheinen. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir die Behandlungszeiten einhalten müssen. Solltet Ihr zu einem Termin zu spät erscheinen, so verkürzt sich Eure Behandlungszeit entsprechend und diese endet zum vorab festgelegten Zeitpunkt.
Stornierungen
Es kann immer etwas dazwischenkommen
– Stornierungen bis zu 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Behandlungstermin sind daher kostenlos. Kurzfristige Stornierungen oder Nichterscheinen bei den Behandlungen werden zu 100 % in Rechnung gestellt.
Dresscode
Wir empfehlen Euch bereits im Bademantel und mit Badeschuhen zu Eurer Spabehandlung zu kommen. Eure Wertsachen, wie Schmuck und Uhr bitten wir bei der Anwendung abzulegen.
Medizinische Hinweise
Bei folgenden Gesundheitszuständen können wir leider keine Massagen durchführen: Infektionen, Fieber

Prima del trattamento
Per permettervi di iniziare il vostro momento di benessere in totale relax, vi chiediamo di presentarvi alla Spa cinque minuti prima dell’orario previsto per il trattamento. Vi preghiamo di comprendere che, in caso di ritardo, la durata del trattamento verrà adeguata così da terminare comunque entro l’orario prestabilito.
Cancellazioni
Gli imprevisti possono sempre capitare: tutte le cancellazioni effettuate fino a 24 ore prima dell’appuntamento sono gratuite. In caso di disdetta tardiva o mancata presentazione, il trattamento verrà addebitato al 100%.
Dress code
Vi consigliamo di raggiungere la Spa indossando accappatoio e ciabattine. Durante il trattamento, vi invitiamo a rimuovere oggetti di valore come gioielli e orologi.

Per motivi di sicurezza, i massaggi non sono consentiti in presenza delle seguenti condizioni di salute: infezioni o febbre

Before your scheduled treatment
To ensure that you can enjoy your treatment from the very first moment, we kindly ask you to arrive at the spa five minutes before your scheduled appointment. We also kindly ask for your understanding regarding our need to adhere to treatment times. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly – and will end at the pre-arranged time.
Cancellation
Unexpected circumstances may arise, so cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment appointment are free of charge. Lastminute cancellations or no-shows for treatments will result in a 100% charge.
Dresscode
You are advised to arrive in your bathrobe and slippers for your spa treatment. Please remove any valuables, such as jewellery and watches, beforehand.

D Saunafibel und Tipps für die Sauna
Der Saunabereich soll für alle ein Ort der Erholung sein, daher bitten wir Euch folgende Regeln einzuhalten:
Bitte lasst Eure Smartphones im Zimmer. Fotografieren und Video machen ist im Saunabereich strengstens verboten. Der Zutritt zum Saunabereich ist nur für Personen ab 16 Jahren gestattet. Der Saunabereich darf nur mit Bademantel und Badeschuhen betreten werden.
Die Saunen sowie der Whirlpool im 2. Stock sind ein Nacktbereich und dürfen nur unbekleidet betreten werden. Gerne könnt Ihr Euren Körper mit einem Handtuch bedecken. Vor dem Betreten der Saunen bitten wir Euch die Sandalen auszuziehen und Euch zu duschen.
• In den Saunen bitten wir Euch ein großes Badehandtuch als Unterlage auf die Bänke zu legen.
Tipps zum richtigen Saunieren:
• Nehmt Euch Zeit für den Besuch in den Saunen.
• Vermeidet Anstrengung, Stress und Hektik.
• Besucht die Saunen weder hungrig noch mit vollem Magen.
• Nehmt vor dem Saunagang eine Reinigungsdusche und trocknet Euch vor dem Eintreten ab.
• Kühlt Euch nach dem Saunagang ab, geht hierfür kurz an die frische Luft und nehmt anschließend eine kalte Dusche.
• Zwischen den Saunagängen empfehlen wir Euch eine Pause von 20 – 30 Minuten, damit sich Euer Körper erholen kann.

L’area saune è pensata come uno spazio di quiete e relax per tutti. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di rispettare le seguenti indicazioni:
• Vi invitiamo a lasciare lo smartphone in camera. È severamente vietato fotografare o registrare video nell’area saune.
• L’accesso è consentito esclusivamente dai 16 anni in su.
• Si può accedere alle saune indossando esclusivamente accappatoio e ciabattine.
• Sauna e idromassaggio al 2° piano sono considerate nude zone, pertanto se ne usufruisce senza costume. Naturalmente, è consentito coprirsi con un asciugamano. Per motivi igienici, prima di entrare in
sauna vi chiediamo di togliere le ciabattine e fare una doccia.
• All’interno delle saune vi preghiamo di utilizzare un telo grande su cui sedervi o sdraiarvi.
Suggerimenti per un’esperienza ottimale in sauna
• Concedetevi il giusto tempo per la sauna.
• Evitate sforzi, stress e fretta. Evitate di entrare in sauna a stomaco vuoto o subito dopo un pasto abbondante. Prima di ogni sessione fate una doccia e asciugatevi bene.
Dopo la sauna, lasciate raffreddare il corpo: qualche minuto all’aria aperta seguito da una doccia fredda è l’ideale.
Tra una sessione e l’altra concedetevi una pausa di 20-30 minuti per permettere al corpo di rigenerarsi.

The sauna area should be a haven of relaxation for everyone, so we kindly ask you to observe the following rules: Please leave your smartphones in your rooms. Taking photographs and videos is strictly prohibited in the sauna area. Admission to the sauna area is restricted to individuals aged 16 years and older. The sauna area may only be accessed when wearing a bathrobe and pool slippers. The sauna and the whirlpool on the 2nd floor are nude areas and may only be entered when unclothed. You are welcome to cover your body with a towel. Before entering the sauna, please remove your slippers and take a shower.
In the sauna, please place a large bath towel underneath you on the benches.
Tips for using the sauna correctly:
