Green infrastructure scheme wins prestigious landscape award TACP Landscape Architects has won the President’s Award at the Landscape Institute’s annual awards for its Green Infrastructure Action Plan for Pollinators in South East Wales. The plan will support and inspire landscape projects on public land to redress the decline in biodiversity and provide environments favouring pollinators. Kubota UK has launched its new M5001 Series, a brand new range of 95HP to 113HP tractors, powered by a four cylinder V3800 Kubota engine and including a host of leading edge technology to maximise power, performance and end-user comfort and control. The range has been introduced to replace and succeed the company’s previous M8540 and M9960 models. The launch of the M5001 Series completes the renewal of M Series, which started with the introduction of the Flagship M7001 Series, introduced to target the 130HP to 170HP sector. Kubota has also launched MGX-III tractor range boasting machines from 90 to 140HP, building on the success of its ever-popular MGX-II range. Available in five models - M95GX, M105GX, M115GX, M125GX and M135GX – the series is fully equipped to provide increased output and improved productivity, more comfortable driving and full visibility from its large cab.
Kubota Agriculture is to strengthen its machinery portfolio with the launch of a range of Kubota-branded implements. Fifteen models of plain disc mower, from the four-disc 1.66m-wide DM1017 up to the DM3095 - a 9.5m butterfly unit have been lauinched. Front-mounted models are also available, offering 2.8m and 3.2m cutting widths. A further 27 models of flail chopper - from the 0.9m wide SE1090 up to the SE8400 with its 4m cutting width.
