The mission of the Texas Southmost College (TSC) Foundation is to transform students’ lives by providing equal opportunities to access a quality and affordable college education. The Foundation supports the college and its students in attaining their educational goals by providing support for student scholarships, academic instruction, and instructional support. A local volunteer board of directors governs the Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
