MAGICAL MOMENTS

From the travel and transfers to the lodging, it was the most magical and perfect trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. The hotels were beautiful and luxurious, with the most amazing staff. The game drives were pure magic – we saw the Big Five and so much more. The food was exceptional. Every day was a 10/10, and the trip was so well balanced with adventure and relaxation.

AM Y, U K Travelled to Africa

Inspired by our founder Henry’s road trip from the UK to Cape Town at just 25, and brought to life at his kitchen table upon his return, True Travel was founded on the belief that the most exceptional journeys lie far beyond the world’s most ‘googleable’ destinations. Rather, they unfold over hand-poured Moroccan tea in hidden riads, in the company of seminomadic tribes in Kenya, or for 25-yearold Henry, aboard a cargo ship carrying bananas between Turkey and Egypt.

BESPOKE Journeys

Today, more than ten years on, this commitment to meaningful connection and rarefied, beyond-the-guidebook knowledge remains at the heart of everything we do.

Guided by unrivalled access to the world’s most extraordinary lodges, acclaimed guides, and truly singular experiences, our team transforms your curiosity into a series of carefully curated, bespoke moments that linger long after you return home.

EXCELLENT LEVEL

OF SERVICE

THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE

It was one of the best trips I’ve ever done, and 95% of that was down to True Travel and their team. The organisation was perfect, as was each destination and guide. I hope I can travel again with them soon. Being able to visit the Sistine Chapel on our own is an experience that will stay in our memories forever.

TRIED TESTED TRUSTED

....it is going to be hard to top this one! There are no words to describe how perfect every element of our East African adventure was. The accommodations were all amazing and we were treated like royalty wherever we went. We wouldn’t change not even one tiny thing about the trip, except maybe to stay longer.

THE ABSOLUTE DEFINITION OF LUXURY THE ORGANISATION WAS PERFECT, AS WAS EACH DESTINATION AND GUIDE

The True Travel team provided an excellent level of customer service throughout the entire experience, from concept, planning, finalising all details, and even during the trip. The team was very knowledgeable about Australia, including off-the-beaten-path places to visit, boutique hotels and B&Bs, and delicious restaurants. The local partner in the country was readily available to address any issues that arose (such as flight delays, tour cancellations due to weather, and activity recommendations). Using True Travel allowed me to have a relaxed and enjoyable trip, without worrying about the small details and logistics.

Wow, True Travel’s service is just unbelievable. Most importantly, they listened to what we wanted for this trip. We asked for something off-the-beaten-path, and our Africa trip with Peter certainly delivered. The service and accommodations were unreal. I’m moderately well traveled, but this company is the absolute definition of luxury. I hope to use True Travel again in the future.

With places as remote as Antarctica, every spot feels like an incredible discovery. On Deception Island, where towering glaciers surround a steaming volcanic caldera, you’ll find a secret Antarctic refuge few explorers ever witness firsthand.

WHEN TO GO

Late October to March for Antarctica; June to August for the Arctic when the Midnight Sun and vibrant tundra come alive.

BEST FOR?

Wildlife watchers, intrepid explorers, aurora chasers, shutterbugs.

DID YOU KNOW?

Despite being covered in ice, Antarctica is technically the world’s largest desert due to its extremely low precipitation.

GO

1/ To the South Shetland Island’s 20-island strong archipelago where science and nature converge. Marvel at gentoo penguins on Livingstone Island, swim off Deception Island, an extinct volcano with waters warm enough for a polar swim, and get the binoculars out at Half Moon Island, a birder’s heaven.

2/ To a land more popular with polar bears than people. Svalbard is the Arctic North as you’ve always dreamt it. Journey to Longyearbyen to meet the hardy folk that call it home and snowmobile, kayak, and trek in search of polar bears and the Northern Lights.

3/ To the Antarctic Peninsula. Stretching a welcoming arm north toward South America, as if beckoning visitors, this biologically rich gateway of the seventh continent is a thriving breeding ground for seabirds, seals, and penguins, framed by spectacular icebergs, glaciers, and mountains.

EXPERIENCE

1/ Life as esteemed marine biologist, Dr. Sylvia Earle, collecting and sharing scientific data on Antarctica’s resident whales, seabirds, and polar fjordlands. Together with Aurora Expeditions’ passionate expedition team, you’ll have a go measuring water clarity, observing birds, and tracking whales.

2/ The thrill of paddling through icy water to hidden bays and intimate coasts on kayaks. Get close but not too personal with busy penguins, puffins, or polar bears (if in the Arctic), and toast your efforts with a steaming flask of hot chocolate.

1/ As close to outer space as you can get at White Desert’s Echo Camp. Step inside its avant-garde, futuristic pods, set against a backdrop of towering nunataks and sculpted rock formations, and take in the immensity and quietude that define Antarctica.

2/ On board Aqua Expeditions’ icebreaker superyacht, Aqua Lares, cruising through Arctic fjords in search of polar bears roaming the pack ice and walruses lounging on remote shores. Relax in one of 15 bespoke cabins, unwind in the jacuzzi, and savour refined Arctic cuisine.

3/ The hidden ice cave world of the Svalbard archipelago. On a guided tour, wander winding chambers of crystal-clear ice, where delicate formations and shimmering crystals unveil a living, breathing, and ever-shifting frozen underworld.

3/ In one of the Magellan Discoverer’s Deluxe Veranda cabins, the pinnacle of boutique wilderness. Fly in and out of the South Shetland Islands, and with no two expeditions alike, be ready for remarkable surprises at every turn.

EAT

At Funktionærmessen in Svalbard. With a carefully curated à la carte menu and a cellar spanning over 300 bottles, you’ll find it hard to believe you’re this far north. We recommend timing your visit with their quarterly Winemaker’s Dinner, where each course is expertly paired to complement exceptional vintages.

DISCOVER

The world’s southernmost post office at Port Lockroy. Staffed by a small team of postal clerks amid a colony of more than 3,000 gentoo penguins, it dispatches around 70,000 postcards each year. Think of it as a souvenir that takes the scenic route, arriving anywhere from two weeks to a year.

Some moments stay with you forever. Found in rare experiences and remarkable places, they are quietly life-affirming: the hush of standing somewhere breathtaking, the wonder of a rare encounter, the feeling of experiencing something few ever will. Lingering long after the journey ends, they return to you again and again, shaping memory and meaning alike. And we know exactly where to find them.

INCREDIBLE

EUROPE

Journey to 18th-century Versailles at Le Grand Contrôle, where a MarieAntoinette-style afternoon tea and an intimate Royal Feast by Chef Alain Ducasse await. Between meals, wander the palace’s iconic interiors and gardens on an exclusive after-hours tour, and rise the next morning to the Royal Awakening, with your butler arriving by candlelight to draw back the curtains and prepare a lavish bath.

SOUTH AMERICA

Sink your teeth into a Michelinstyle meal in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley. Set against towering mountains reflected in crystalline lagoons and time-forgotten valleys, feast on fresh ceviche, washed down with champagne, at the world’s greatest open-air restaurant.

AFRICA

Be at one with the wild in Zambia’s South Luangwa National Park, the birthplace of the walking safari, on an exclusive private guiding experience. Take time to notice the micro-details – the rustle of leaves, the subtle tracks in the soil – while your guide scans the bush with sharp eyes, searching for the Big Five and the rare and elusive Crawshay’s zebra and Thornicroft giraffe.

MOMENTS

ASIA

Watch rikishi (sumo wrestlers) perfect their craft in a heya (training stable), practicing intense exercises and sparring matches. Observe ceremonial traditions up close and gain insight into the strict routines and devotion that define Japan’s national sport.

Travel Styles

Holidays come in all shapes and sizes. Some are short and sweet, packed with sights and signature dishes. Others stretch across two weeks or more, spanning multiple cities and countries. Some mark milestones – a honeymoon, graduation, or longawaited family celebration, free from home distractions. Some are pure bucket-list thrills designed to stop you in your tracks: spotting mountain gorillas in Rwanda, hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, and seeing the Northern Lights for the very first time. And then there are those that need no reason at all, made simply for the joy of wanderlust.

FAMILY

Family holidays, they’re the stories your children will tell for decades, the adventures they’ll try to recreate for their own family, and the ones you’ll look back on as ‘the good old days’. No pressure then. At True Travel, you don’t need to tell us twice how much these moments matter, whether it’s a full, multi-generation adventure with grandparents and cousins in tow or a more low-key yet equally special parent-child bonding break. We know what questions to ask, what solutions genuinely work (tried and tested by the parents in our team), and how best to weave it all together; leaving the inevitable “are we nearly there yet?” a thing of the past. The result? A family holiday so perfectly tailored to you, the only thing you’ll need to think about is enjoying every second.

Sustainability can mean many things, and in luxury travel it’s often spoken about more than it’s truly lived. At True Travel, we see it as an opportunity, a chance to create extraordinary journeys that also make a genuine difference. Working alongside trusted ground partners, each selected for their dedication to community, fair employment, and responsible practices, we ensure every trip contributes to a healthier planet and a brighter future; whether that be through humanitarian projects or conservation initiatives.

Highest standards

As a certified B-Corp, we’re proud that our practices meet the highest standards of responsibility and transparency, helping us set a thoughtful example in positive-impact travel. With a commitment to continuous improvement, our B-Corp certification ensures every action we take remains true to the promises we make.

01 Seawilding, Scotland

Our partners at Seawilding are the UK’s first community-based native oyster and seagrass meadows restoration project. Based in Loch Craignish on Scotland’s west coast, their aim is to restore lost biodiversity and capture carbon through pioneering, low-cost, best-practice marine habitat restoration methodologies, and embolden local communities to do the same. Since launching in 2020, Seawilding has restored more than 350,000 native oysters and planted 500,000 seagrass seeds in the loch – helping to bring new life back to Scotland’s seabeds.

02 Sol y Luna Foundation, Peru

The Sol y Luna Foundation, established in 1998, provides care and education to 163 children from Peru’s poorest communities. It encompasses a school and Paqari, its special needs programme, as well as a home for orphaned and at-risk children, and Roots & Wings, which supports higher education and vocational training.

03 Time + Tide, Zambia

In rural Zambia and Madagascar, low school attendance during adolescence increases the risk of child marriage, early motherhood and domestic violence. Time + Tide’s Female Empowerment Programme tackles this by providing academic support, extra-curricular opportunities and empowering education. Its goal is for 90% of girls to transition confidently into secondary school, supported by the Girls’ Clubs, founded in 2015, which nurture self-worth, build confidence, and help girls discover their passions.

Our mission has always been to harness the power of travel to positively impact the lives of those people and places that we visit.
HENRY MORLEY Founder, True Travel “ “

04 The Rucksack Project, India

In collaboration with Taabar Shelter, an NGO that works specifically with boys who either found themselves living on the streets or were forced into child labour, The Rucksack Project aims to give the boys something of their own. Each rucksack is filled with everyday essentials such as toiletries and school supplies, things they can call their own, to take with them when they return home.

05 The Newman Holiday Trust, United Kingdom

Now in its 44th year, the Newman Holiday Trust is a voluntary organisation providing memorable holidays for more than 140 children aged four to eighteen with additional needs. For many, it’s their first-ever holiday, offering new experiences and joyful adventures while giving their parents much-needed respite.

CREATING exceptional MEMORIES

We know no two travellers are the same so why should their journeys be? Each itinerary, whether it’s a spontaneous European escape or a transformative month-long sabbatical across Southeast Asia, is meticulously crafted from scratch by our team of experts, designed exclusively for you.

Our blank-page approach means there’s never any formulaic copy and paste. Instead, we take your lead, capturing your preferences, passions and penchants over the telephone, by video or in person, and shaping them into a journey that feels unmistakably yours. Nothing is off the table, be it a private, after-hours tour of the Louvre or having lederhosen delivered straight to your hotel room for Oktoberfest. Whether it’s planning the trip you always dreamt of, or crafting one beyond anything you imagined, we know journeys are more than trips. They’re memories in the making.

IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU

During your first call with one of our experts, we’ll be listening and learning; understanding what moves you, what excites you and leaves you speechless. Tell us where you want to go, who you’re going with, what you want to see, the types of places you wish to stay and leave the rest to us.

LOCKED IN

Once you’re satisfied with every detail, we’ll request a deposit (with the remaining balance due 90 days before departure). From there, our Travel Tailors will get to work, crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s. You’ll be able to log in to the True Travel app too, where you’ll find access to your day-by-day itinerary and a countdown to your holiday of a lifetime.

FORWARD THINKING

The journey doesn’t end when you return home. We take time to debrief, discovering what you loved and where we can improve, and use your feedback to shape future travels. Guided by a dedicated account manager who understands your preferences and senses your interests, your ideas remain central, meaning each journey can build seamlessly from the last.

BUILDING THE BLUEPRINT

Drawing on their in-depth knowledge and decades of experience, your dedicated Travel Designer will turn your bespoke brief into a detailed, thoughtfully curated itinerary, handpicking rooms (not just hotels), tables (not just restaurants), and seats (not just tickets). Taking your lead, we will refine and enhance your journey until it delights and excites you from start to finish.

Our dedicated team is with you every step of the way – from your predeparture call, making sure you’re fully prepared for the adventure ahead, to the moment you arrive at the airport. While you’re travelling, our 24/7 support and emergency line ensure that every detail is taken care of. We’ll send timely reminders for bookings, drivers, and restaurant reservations, keeping everything seamless so you can simply relax and enjoy the journey. 01 05 02 03 04
