The 2026 TrueCare Gala will raise vital funds to expand comprehensive, compassionate health care across North San Diego and South Riverside Counties.
Through your generous support, TrueCare provides compassionate services addressing the full spectrum of health needs—primary care with integrated behavioral health, enrollment assistance, food distribution, transportation, and case management. These wraparound services, delivered in welcoming spaces, recognize that true wellness extends beyond the clinic.

A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT & CEO
Dear Friends,
Over 50 years ago, our founders understood that access to health care meant nothing if people felt invisible in the process. Their vision ignited something rare: a place where mental well-being isn’t separated from physical health, but woven into every conversation, every encounter.
Though much has changed since the early 1970s, one truth remains: every person who walks through TrueCare’s doors brings not just individual needs, but a desire for comprehensive, compassionate care. Our model—designed to go beyond a one-size-fits-all approach—continues to guide us today. Whole-person care that integrates primary care, behavioral health, enrollment assistance, food access, transportation, and case management is not just relevant—it is more essential now than ever.

This event takes place on April 18, 2026, at the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Inn.
