Federally regulated employers with 100 or more employees are required to submit their annual employment equity report by June 1. Join the THRC team as we walk you through our new tools and resources that help make it easier to complete the reporting requirements, including how to report various types of truck driver pay. Under LEEP, employers must provide information about their workforce, including employee statuses, occupational groups, salary ranges, promotions, hiring, termination, and company equity initiatives.
