Lanvain guarantees furniture free of any defect respecting a strict quality control. We ensure that our furniture stands out on the Canadian market for its style, comfort and finesse, and that its life expectancy is 10 to 15 years. To prove any reliability, or in the event of a problem, we offer exceptional after-sales service thanks to our parts inventory.

WARRANTY

A warranty applies to all products listed below. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This warranty is not transferable. Warranty does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

• 4 years : Hydraulic pumps

• 2 years : Leatherette, sewing, manual mechanism, accessories and plumbing parts

• 12 months : All electrical devices, styling stations, cabinets and receptions

CUSTOM ORDERS

Lanvain offers a variety of special customization on all models of the brand. Make sure to consider a production and delivery time going from 12 to 14 weeks when order is passed. Lanvain is not responsable for any delay caused by any situation beyond our control.
