FUTURE TROJAN,
As you continue to explore the many opportunities at Troy University, we’d like to introduce you to one of the most exciting aspects of campus life – Greek life. Our fraternities and sororities offer a unique chance to form lifelong friendships, develop leadership skills and give back to the community.
Greek life at TROY is about more than just social events; it’s about becoming part of something bigger than yourself. Our Greek organizations are committed to personal growth, academic achievement and community service. By joining a fraternity or sorority, you’ll gain access to an unparalleled support system, opportunities for leadership and a chance to be part of a network that will last a lifetime.
Here’s what you can expect from Greek life at Troy University:
• Leadership Opportunities: Greek organizations offer numerous leadership roles that will help you develop skills to succeed both on and off campus.
• Philanthropy and Community Service: Greek life is known for its dedication to giving back. Our chapters host numerous events and fundraisers to support causes both locally and nationally.
• Academic Support: Greek organizations value academics and offer study sessions, tutoring and other resources to help you succeed in your classes.
• Social Engagement: Greek Life hosts social events that allow you to connect with other students in a fun and supportive environment.
Recruitment for Greek life is an exciting and informative process where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about each chapter, meet members and see if there’s an organization that feels like the perfect fit for you. It’s an excellent way to meet new people, find your community and get involved in activities that make a positive impact on campus and beyond.
I hope you’ll consider joining us in this exciting aspect of campus life at Troy University. Greek life can be an incredible part of your college experience, and I look forward to seeing how it will help you grow as a leader and a person.
Sincerely,

Dr. Korrie Lynn Williamson Associate Dean of Student Services
