n a sunny July afternoon, we returned to Queen Elizabeth Country Park in Hampshire, and the forest of more than 7,000 climate-resilient trees we planted in 2022. Some of them are now nearly 10 feet tall! Looking at how far they’d come, I couldn’t help but think: what a perfect metaphor for Tropic in 2026. At the beginning of the year, we set ourselves a goal: to launch something new every single month. I’ve always seen Tropic as more than a skincare brand, with natural, high-performance formulas that support every part of your wellbeing. And this year, that vision became a reality: 12 months, 12 launches. Not because we believe in quantity over quality, but because we know it’s possible to create advanced, 100% naturally derived formulas that are healthier, deliver results, and go far beyond traditional skincare – into body care, wellness, and even lash care. Some became our biggest launches ever. But what matters most is how they made people feel. Our Confidence in Beauty report revealed that 39% of women experience an immediate negative reaction when they look in the mirror, while 58% said concerns about their skin had stopped them having their photograph taken*. Those findings have stayed with me. From Renewing Cleanser helping hundreds of people turn their daily routine into a wellbeingenhancing ritual, to Calm & Correct visibly reducing redness, and Lashful seeing lashes grow back better than ever, making people feel seen, comfortable, and themselves again is one of the most humbling parts of my role. Behind the scenes, something else was growing too. We poured everything into creating an HQ that finally matches the scale of our ambitions. Our lab is now five times bigger,

and I still can’t quite believe it every time I walk through the doors! But the heart of this year wasn’t the products or the buildings. It was the people. Our Beauty, Better Shared campaign put our Ambassadors exactly where they belong: at the centre. More than 1,000 new Ambassadors joined us during each of the first seven months of 2026, and our in-house team’s anonymous feedback earned us Great Place to Work® certification and recognition as one of the UK’s Top 100 Best Workplaces for Women™. All of this means so much more because of our Infinite Purpose. One of my proudest moments came in Nepal, where we opened our fifth school with UWS, accompanied by 20 Ambassadors. And then… we went global! Launching in the US was a true pinch-me moment. I’ve dreamed of taking Tropic beyond the UK since the very beginning, so to finally say we did it feels unbelievable. I’m so excited to see what our founding US Ambassadors bring to the brand. I believe life is about the experiences you have and the memories you make. If I could capture this year in one moment, it would be Tropic Fest: our third and biggest festival yet – twice the size of previous years. As fireworks closed the weekend, I looked out at thousands of Ambassadors living their best lives and thought: this is why we do it. To every Ambassador, customer, and team member, thank you!
