The Westin is a haven of contemporary luxury, with a tranquil spa and sweeping sea views, that help seamlessly blend sophistication with a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

Similarly, The Romanos’ striking architecture and relaxed vibe help create a truly magical ambience that makes every moment feel special.

A delicious breakfast will be served each morning in your hotel.

• If you’re in the Romanos, you’ll start your day at the Pero Restaurant from 06.30am – 11am .

SUNDAY 29 TH JUNE

Day Time

You’ll be flying from Manchester, Heathrow or Stansted and arriving into Kalamata or Athens. Make sure you check all your details and get yourself to the airport nice and early, so you have plenty of time to check your bags in, browse for last minute items and get ready to immerse yourself in the full Grecian Glambassador experience.

Once in Costa Navarino, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and welcome drink at The Westin’s Morias Restaurant. After lunch, you’ll collect your key and make your way to your stunning room.

STANSTED

As those travelling from Stansted will arrive a little later, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch en route to the hotel. Once you arrive you can enjoy your welcome drink, collect your keys and make your way to your gorgeous room.

ATHENS

If you’re travelling into Athens, your Glambassador adventure will kick into high gear as soon as the wheels touch the tarmac, with snacks, tunes, and maybe even a singalong or two on your journey to the resort!

You’ll tuck into a delicious lunch while you travel, before toasting your arrival with a welcome drink, collecting your key and making your way to your beautiful rooms where your bags will be waiting.

SUNDAY 29 TH JUNE

Evening

Once you’ve settled into your room, it’ll be time to get ready for our first amazing evening together at The Romanos Pool area.

As we gather, you’ll enjoy welcome drinks, followed by a fabulous dinner under the stars, with coastal views illuminated by the golden glow of the setting Mediterranean sun.

Throughout the night, we’ll be bringing that atmospheric beach club vibe with a live DJ soundtracking your stay with chilled coastal beats.

Something cool and chic to reflect the relaxed, elegant vibe.

VIP EXPERIENCE

Our VIPS will be seated together on their own VIP table, as special guests of Susie & Carlton. Expect high energy, the best vibes, and a few extra surprises.

MONDAY 30 TH JUNE

& TUESDAY 1ST JULY

Day Time

You’ll spend the next two days of your trip, either taking part in your chosen activity – kayaking, paddleboarding, a scenic bike ride, or enjoying a beach escape – or spending a day at leisure, doing whatever your heart desires.

EXHILARATING ESCAPADES

On your designated activity day, everyone will be divided into two main groups. Within each group, you’ll be assigned to a smaller group based on the experience you selected. You’ll be transferred to your chosen activity with the first group departing at 09:30am and the other at 10:45am.

Those in Group One will head to their chosen activities, then have the opportunity to take part in an optional, 20-minute hike to take in the magnificent views. You’ll need to be at a medium fitness level to get to the viewing point, and bring trainers if you would like to take part.

Those not hiking will have some time to lounge on the beach before we join Group Two at the Ammothines Restaurant for another delicious lunch. Afterwards, you’ll have time to relax, explore the beachside setting, and unwind at your leisure.

Group Two will head straight to Ammothines Restaurant to enjoy the chilled, scenic vibes before lunch with Group One. We’ll then whisk you away to your chosen activity, followed by the optional hike, and then head back to the hotel.

Please Note: Make sure you bring cash/card if you would like additional drinks outside of what’s provided for lunch, or to rent a sunbed at Ammothines.

The day you’re not participating in an activity is your opportunity to unwind, explore, or simply relax at your own pace.

Feel free to spend your day, your way – whether that’s lounging by the pool or exploring the resort. You could even pre-book a spa experience to really treat yourself, before enjoying lunch at The Romanos’ Pero Restaurant between 1pm – 2:30pm.

VIP EXPERIENCE

We’ll create the ultimate laid-back luxury vibes for our VIPs, with private beach beds, a bottle of fizz or an alcohol-free alternative and fresh fruit to share with your plus ones.

Then, you’ll get a chance to sink even deeper into serenity with a rejuvenating massage, before meeting back up with your plus ones for a delicious lunch at the iconic Barbouni Restaurant at 12.30pm. Think incredible food surrounded by spectacular views that’ll be etched into your memory forever!

MONDAY 30 TH JUNE

Evening

Get ready to experience Grecian hospitality in all its glory as we celebrate culture, flavour, and fun at Greek Night! From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in the magic of a vibrant Greek taverna with a roaming live band leading the way and stunning dance performances that set the tone for the night.

As the sun sets, you’ll take your seat for an authentic, traditional dinner served at rustic wooden tables in true Greek style, complete with music, dancing, and joyful chaos. We’ll have a few surprises up our sleeve too, and yes there will be some plate smashing!

WHAT TO WEAR

Something stylish but comfortable so you can enjoy the delicious feast and then dance the night away.

TUESDAY 1ST JULY

Evening

On our final night, we want you to channel your inner gods and goddesses before meeting us in the enchanting Olive Grove so we can pay tribute to you!

You’ll be treated like mythical royalty all night long as we celebrate every epic experience you’ve had on this journey. There’ll be surprises at every turn, headturning entertainment, and a feast fit for Zeus himself, but we won’t reveal all – just know it’ll be a night you’ll never forget.

WHAT TO WEAR

Something divine in white and gold. You can go flowing and ethereal or bold and regal, just leave the heels behind, as they’ll be unsuitable for the location.

WEDNESDAY 2 ND JULY

Following our celestial farewell soiree, you’ll wake up and leisurely get ready to fly back to the UK or continue on to the next part of your trip. After breakfast, we’ve scheduled transfers back to the departure airports ahead of your flight, we just ask you check out by 12pm and settle any outstanding bills with the hotel beforehand.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance that covers emergency medical costs in case of illness or injury is an essential requirement when you’re travelling with Tropic. While we’ll always prioritise your safety, accidents can happen, so please make sure you buy a comprehensive policy and bring all your documentation with you.

Currency

If you want to do a spot of shopping or buy any additional treats most places will accept debit cards and credit cards, but we’d recommend exchanging a little cash into euros before you travel.

Dietary Requirements & Medical

Please carry any necessary medication in your hand luggage in case of emergencies, and ensure you have a doctor’s letter to confirm any prescriptions. We have all of your dietary requirements and alternative options will be made available, just inform the event team at each venue to ensure you receive the correct meal.

Only food and drink provided directly by Tropic at organised dinners, lunches, etc. is covered. If you choose to have any additional snacks, drinks, or other items outside of what Tropic provides, you will need to pay for these yourself. This includes anything taken from the minibar in your hotel room, which will be your personal responsibility.
