Welcome to the 2021 Annual Pledge Drive – a time of intentional reflection and response to what it means to be a community of faith supporting the ministry we share. Each year we boldly talk about money as one of the tools we have been gifted to help radically transform who we are as disciples. Each year we focus on this invitation to make an annual pledge as one statement of who we strive to be in the year ahead living from a place of generosity. Trinity Book Club – Date Change! Trinity’s book club will meet on Sunday, November 7th, 6:30-8:00pm. We're reading Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. Trinity’s book club strives to read fictional works that you wouldn’t necessarily find in a religious bookstore; rather, literary pieces in which we can explore “God moments”. Men’s Bible Study Men's Bible Study will meet Saturday, November 13 at 9:00am. We will gather inperson at Rick's City Diner (in the same plaza as Hobby Lobby). All men in the Trinity community and their guests are welcome!
TSN Vendor Lunch Team On the third Thursday of each month, Trinity prepares and delivers lunch to the vendors of our community partner, Toledo Streets Newspaper (TSN). Trinity will gather at 8:30am on Thursday, November 18th to pack lunches and
sanctuary on November 7th at 11:00am! We will continue to premier Trinity@Home online worship at 9:00am on our website, Facebook page and YouTube channel.
All-Parish COVID Response & Worship Update After the All-Parish COVID conversation on Tuesday evening, and some further discernment, we believe we have a creative and faithful path forward offering two things. First, we want to respond cautiously and responsibly to the continued risks of transmitting COVID by mitigating the risks we can in some intentional ways. We absolutely understand this will not be enough for everybody and trust and support each member making decisions best for them. Second, we are all of one mind we miss and need each other and being together, albeit in a different way, will be a much-needed balm for our souls. Christmas Poinsettias We will be ordering poinsettias again this year. The poinsettias will be 6 1/2" with multiple blooms, for $12.00 each. All Poinsettias will be red with gold foil. If you are requesting a flower in honor or memory of a loved one, please include their first and last name(s), which we will list in our Christmas Eve bulletin. Join our ministry partner, Toledo Streets Newspaper, for one of their biggest events of the year! Toledo Streets Scenes showcases the photographic art captured by the Vendors at TSN - these images are then included in their annual calendar fundraiser. TSN is excited to host an in-person event this year and they will offer online orders as well if you cannot make it in person.

Toledo's Arts Commission is bringing back the ART BOX! These boxes include a specially selected set of quality art supplies for all ages, skill levels, and interests. We're calling on volunteers to help assemble these boxes. This packaged creative experience allows the community to experiment at home, providing lessons to create and learn with Toledo, OH regional artists. Each Art Box is available for purchase, and includes a new set of supplies and group of artists. Supplies are prepared by Arts Commission staff for you to pick up at our office. Volunteers take supplies home to assemble in time for the due date. Once all 25 boxes are fully assembled volunteers will return the completed boxes to our office. The Community Leadership Series is back- webinar style lunch & learns every first Thursday of the month to hear local change-makers guide discussions centered around topics pertaining to community connection, growth, and leadership. First up: Jason Kucsma and Erin Baker from Toledo Lucas County Public Library on Thursday, November 4 at noon.
Trinity friend, Emily Olson, has launched some group classes in partnership with The Hive Project. Emily led us in
2 seasonal prayer offering this year; Draw Me Nearer during Lent and Moving Inward this past summer. If you've had the opportunity to join one or

DIOCESE OF OHIO Diocesan Youth Event: LGBTQ+Identity, Inclusion, and Allyship
Youth in grades 6-12 are invited to attend a weekend of formation, education, and community. The event will be held November 5-7 at St. Michael’s in the Hills, Toledo. Topics will include: Terminology and intersectionality; scripture/tradition and spirituality; queer history and advocacy/policy; mental health and allyship; and storytelling with Episcopalian members of the LGBTQ+ community.
