STAY INFORMED Jonathan Daniels Pilgrimage You are invited to participate in the virtual celebration of Jonathan Daniels to be held on his feast day of Saturday, August 14 at 11 am CDT. Jonathan Daniels was an Episcopal seminarian who was killed in Haynesville, Alabama while advocating for racial justice during the civil rights movement. Every year, the Dioceses of Alabama and the Central Gulf Coast hold a pilgrimage commemorating Jonathan Daniels and the Martyrs of Alabama in Haynesville. Wednesday Noonday Prayer Our new Curate, Megan Allen, will be offering Noonday prayers on Wednesdays. We ask that you bring a lunch, join Megan for this short service from our Book of Common Prayer and then have a chance to talk and eat lunch with her. We will gather at 12noon in the sanctuary. Then we will return to our midweek Eucharist in September.

The Way of Love Book Group We are continuing our Way of Love Book Group, to coincide with Lisa's summer sermon series on the Way of Love. We will be meeting Thursdays from 7:00-8:30 pm, June 17 - August 5 on Zoom. Each Sunday, Lisa will preach on one of the facets of the Way of Love, and we will discuss the corresponding chapter the following Thursday. Whether you have attended our book group before or not, all are welcome to join. Books are still available in the Trinity office.
Pop Up Dinners Trinity Pop-Up Dinners will return this summer. Pop Up Dinners are a wonderful opportunity for parishioners to get to know one another better outside of the worship setting! Host are diligently planning safe opportunities to gather. We look forward to taking this next step to sharing a meal together.

the biennial Solheim Cup Sept. 3- 6th. The Solheim Cup is the world’s most prestigious women’s professional golf team event, featuring the best U.S. players from the LPGA Tour and the best European players from the Ladies European Tour. The 2021 competition will take place at Inverness Club in Toledo, with an expected attendance of more than 150,000 spectators. DIOCESE OF OHIO Celtic Retreat at Bellwether Farm Bellwether Farm will host a Celtic retreat, “Exploring our Anglican Roots through Celtic Spirituality,” on August 2-4. The retreat will venture into Celtic spirituality and the experience of God in all creation and how the life of the Celtic peoples became the roots of Anglican spirituality. We will explore Celtic prayer and Soul Friendship and close by looking for the next step of our journeys through the Celtic idea of Peregrinatio. There will be times of prayer throughout the day, plus we will discover what goes into preparing farm-to-table meals and eating them, acknowledging that eating is also part of a life of prayer. Monday we will gather before dinner and we will end Wednesday morning after worshiping together. The retreat will be $270 for one person or $380 for two. Registration is required by July 23.
