The Rose Tech Chapter has remained busy over the past few months since our last newsletter, and we are excited to share what has been happening in the chapter as well as what’s coming up this spring This newsletter highlights current chapter activities, celebrates the accomplishments of our alumni, and recognizes how your continued support has helped our chapter thrive.
Academically, our chapter continues to excel. The Triangle brothers have once again maintained our cumulative GPA at 3.34 higher than the campus average and the highest among all Greek organizations. We take great

pride in this achievement and make it a priority to recognize our brothers for their dedication to academic success. Beyond the classroom, the chapter has been active with Fall Rush, philanthropy efforts, and leadership development. This past quarter, seven brothers attended Leadership Training Weekend, where they focused on strengthening their leadership skills and preparing to better serve the chapter.
Looking ahead, we are excited for several upcoming events, including MAZE on February 14th and Carnival later in the spring. We are also planning to revamp Founders’ Day.
In recent years, Founders’ Day has focused on projects to improve the house, but this year, we are inviting alumni back to help restart fundraising efforts for a new chapter house. In addition, we will hold meetings to discuss our current alumni board and to establish a Housing Committee. Founders’ Day will take place the weekend of April 24th–26th
We are incredibly grateful for everything our alumni have done to support the Rose Tech Chapter. We hope to see many of you at Founders’ Day as we work together to strengthen the future of the chapter.

Varsity Sports
The Rose Tech Chapter continues to foster a strong involvement in the athletic department here on campus. Currently, 48 of the 76 Active and Potential New Members are a part of a varsity sport, spanning soccer, swimming, baseball, track and field, and tennis. Furthermore, two brothers are active participants of the varsity basketball team, serving as student managers.
Intramurals
The chapter continues to demonstrate its competitive spirit with participation in every intramural sport offered. Last Fall, teams of brothers claimed the indoor soccer and flag football championships for the Greek Division. This winter, 4 teams of Brothers are competing in Basketball, with 2 more competing in volleyball, aiming to
Recruitment
As many know, recruitment is one of the most important times of the year for the chapter. The young men who are granted candidacy into Triangle will spend the next four years here and, like each new member class before them, play a crucial role in the future of our organization A great amount of energy was poured into the process, in hopes of finding those who will best represent the ideals of the Fraternity. This included events like 3v3 Basketball, Poker Night, Hockey Game, and the classic Fight Night. As a result, 26 young men were welcomed to our
bring more championships home Senior Prithvi Vijaykrishnan has done a great job continuing to serve as IM chair, organizing all the teams.

Philanthropy
The Rose Tech Chapter remains active in the greater Terre Haute Community and across the Rose campus through philanthropy and community service. Events like planting flags around campus for 9/11 and Bikes for Tykes support the community this chapter calls home. Looking ahead, 10 brothers are traveling to Costa Rica over Spring Break on a mission to spread faith and help those less fortunate than
our own This is the 5th year brothers have gone on a mission trip, and the chapter hopes to keep this tradition alive, as it is one of the most impactful weeks of the year for many of these brothers and those they serve throughout the trip.

chapter on Bid Tuesday We are extremely excited to see how they develop, contribute, and become better men through their time here at Rose. Congratulations to Sophomore Daniel Allen, who did a fantastic job as Rush Chair this Fall.
“I chose to join Triangle because it was the perfect compliment to my education. At one of the hardest universities in the country, I found a place where I can not only survive but thrive From the atmosphere around the brothers to the positive impact and esteem we have in the community, Triangle just seemed like the right place to be.”

This January, the Executive Council transitioned to a new leadership group with the graduating seniors Leadership
stepping down and passing responsibility to the next class. Additionally, seven members of the new Executive Board attended the National Leadership Training Weekend (LTW) in Indianapolis, where they benefited from nationals' advice on governing a chapter, managing budgets, and dealing with a multitude of different scenarios
We are also thankful for the support from alumni donations,

“The insight I gained from LTW was extremely helpful when looking forward to Fall Rush next season, as well as how to manage a surplus of new members.” – Myles Schulz, Secretary

This past year has been filled with blessings. I am grateful to have been elected IFC’s On-Campus Rush Chair, and I am excited to step into the role of Triangle’s new Alumni Outreach Coordinator Though I’ve only been a member of Triangle for about a year, I feel as if I’ve known these gentlemen far longer, and the support I’ve received from the brothers this academic year has been invaluable As I look ahead to the coming months, I am excited to begin independent research into fluid dynamics, and look forward to organizing an alumni speaker series to help further the brothers’ success.

SUPPORT ROSE’S LEGACY
The current Chapter is extremely grateful for the generosity of Alumni to our Chapter Endowment fund over the past several years These significant contributions in addition to the Building Better Men Grant won in 2022 and Outstanding Chapter Operations in 2025 has provided necessary funds for many improvements and aid for the financial needs of the chapter. Some of what this has been used for in recent years is educational fees for brothers, the remodeling of the study room, and an online filing system with educational resources like textbooks and supporting course material.
In the Spring, the current new members are hoping to remodel the basement once they initiated as active members We hope to be able to allocate funds from the Chapter Endowment to support their efforts to contribute to the house. These funds will be used for the purchasing of monitors, study room furniture and more to help improve the ability of brothers to learn and maintain a high academic standard here at Rose. Once again, your donations are greatly appreciated!
