April 15, 2025 National Founder’s Day Dear brother, Greetings! I’m thrilled to share some updates about the amazing year we’ve had as a chapter. In the last year, we’ve been delighted to welcome nine new brothers into our family in the fall and eleven new candidates for this spring. It’s been a year of hard work, achievements, and memories that have strengthened our bond together and pushed us to new heights. With the success of the Spring 2024 pledge class, brothers have been inspired to maintain our upwards growth in recruitment, as demonstrated by our increase in fall pledge class size from 2023 to 2024. With just over fifty active members and eleven new candidates, we have maintained our growth and are continuing to find new ways to improve on our

recruitment and retention. Academic excellence has also always been a top priority for our chapter, and this past year was no exception. Brothers earned 3.42 and 3.38 average GPAs in our previous spring and fall semesters, respectively, remaining among the highest in IFC. Seven brothers achieved a 4.0 GPA last semester. We are so proud of the dedication our brothers have shown in their academic pursuits over the past year. Besides academics, leadership and involvement have always been a cornerstone of our chapter’s identity, and this year has been nodifferent. The majority of our brothers hold leadership positions in campus organizations, ranging from the Engineering E-Council to the Boxing Club. Additionally, two
of our brothers were recognized for their leadership in the most recent awards cycle in SFL. Steven Egnaczyk was awarded the Time and Change award for his time on the executive board of IFC. Max Martin received the IFC New Member of the Year award for his innovation and contributions to this fraternity. While we celebrate these successes, we also recently bid farewell to five of our outstanding brothers who graduated in the fall. It is thanks to their hard work that the chapter has come this far. Nevertheless, I am confident that we will continue to push the limits of what a fraternity can be. I am excited to see what this year has in store, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you.
