The active chapter welcomed seven new brothers in the Fall 24 semester. We look forward to seeing them grow as leaders and make an impact on the chapter! This year, new scholarships will be available for current active brothers. The Triangle Education Foundation (TEF) has approved the chapter’s proposal to use the Chapter Endowment Fund (CEF) for three scholarships to be available to current active brothers.
The Academic Excellence Scholarship, Sean Powers Leadership and Excellence Scholarship, and Service to the Community Scholarship offer brothers the necessary financial support for their hard work and dedication in and outside of the fraternity. The chapter has also recently brought back the tradition of Sunday meals. In order to spend more time as a brotherhood, we are offering a donations-based meal to all brothers before chapter.
Most important, we are very happy to announce that brother Evan Bean (msu21), who on January 4, 2024 was diagnosed with B-cell acute leukemia, is now in remission as of October! Evan has shown tremendous strength and vulnerability in his recovery, and we would like to thank everyone who showed support and hope to welcome him back when he is ready.
