Junior Golf Update This past week was our second Junior Golf Academy. Students aged 7-12 came out and participated in putting contests, chipping games and even some SNAG baseball! Thank you to all juniors who came to the clinic, we loved seeing so many faces enjoying the game!

The Step Through Drill What you will need: Golf Club and Practice Balls Do you ever feel like you cant get through to your left side? This drill will help you with continual motion to finish on your left side and get through the golf shot.
Step Through Drill Take a full swing and on the follow through step through with your right foot (RH Players) as if you are walking to the target.
USGA RULES OF THE GAME
History of The Rules of the Game This week we take a trip back in time. The USGA has compiled a fantastic resource for the public to learn how the rules of the game have changed over the years! Did you know that the Rules of the Game have been around since 1744!?! The Society of Golfers at Aberdeen code of 1783 introduced the principle of "the honor" off the tee and remaining quiet while others play. These concepts still remain in the Rules to this day. Additionally, this 1783 code introduced the idea of a limited time to search for a lost ball.
