Terms and Conditions 1.
Eligibility: The competition is open to New Zealand residents only. Tremains staff, associated agencies and companies, and their families cannot enter the competition. All entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be residing in New Zealand at the time the competition is announced for your entry to be valid.
2.
Entry: The competition is open to any property owner who gets a written property appraisal. This must be created and loaded in our system within the weekly time frame of the campaign by the sales consultant.
3.
Prizes: One prize is available to win each week in each region. The winner of that prize will be drawn on the following Tuesday and announced via social media and contacted via phone and/or email.
4.
Prize Draw: The winner will be chosen by random draw of any entrants meeting the criteria of receiving an up-to-date property appraisal during the dates specified in the prize table. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email on the date specified in the prize table. If the chosen winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to communications, they will forfeit their prize and it will be redrawn. All entries will also go into the week 13 draw to go in to win the bumper prize.
5.
Validation: Tremains reserves the right to request entrants provide proof of age, identity and residence.
6.
Prize Collection: Prizes will be available to pick up from your closest Tremains sales office: Tremains Tauranga, Tremains Rotorua, Tremains Taupo, Tremains Hastings, Tremains Napier, Tremains Masterton, which will be arranged through phone and/or email. A photo of the winner will be requested at time of prize collection for Tremains marketing purposes.
7.
No correspondence: The decision of Tremains is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.
Not transferable: The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or exchangeable.
9.
No liability: Tremains and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any redemption item (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law.
10. Information: Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use entrants’ names and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation.
