Kind Attn.: Chairman Dear Sir, With reference to our meeting with held at your society office, we are pleased to submit our Commercial Proposal for the above captioned work.
SCOPE OF SERVICES: I.
Feasibility Report: 1) Scope of work consist of initial part preliminary services for the purpose of availing service/consultancy assistance to the society including conducting site visit and initial survey for preparing basic Feasibility Report, 2) Understand the existing conditions of the flats, area of the tenants and the society plot, obtain necessary documents from the society and prepare site evaluation report, to arrange for the survey of the entire building and the plot to ascertain the same. 3) Check and Co-ordinate with the possibilities of redevelopment in terms of maximum permissible carpet area, corpus fund, shifting cost, additional benefits of redevelopment etc to society members and the maximum potential that can be exploited in favor of the society members. 4) Prepare basic Project Feasibility Report as per area calculations in consideration of existing society requirements and as per prevailing BMC regulations.
PERIOD OF COMPLETION: Period of Completion shall be 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of receipt of work order and receipt of Advance Payment whichever is later. The fees shall remain firm and valid till end of the contract period.

Legal Services.
× Printing of documentation and drawings outside of standard reports. × All types of Government permissions like CC, OC, etc.
COMMERCIALS: The total value for this Proposal is Rs.75,000/- (Rs Seventy-Five Thousand Only). This is excluding all taxes as applicable. Taxes will be claimed extra.
Notes – 1. GST and other taxes (if any) will be charged extra as applicable. 2. The price includes travel expenses incurred in attending meetings at Client office. 3. All payments will be released within 10 days on receipt of invoice. 4. Total duration considered is 30 working days.
Requirement from Client – 1. The Client shall provide Soft copies & Hard copies of relevant relevant data/details. 2. The Client shall provide full and timely information regarding requirements of the project and shall render decisions within reasonable time to avoid delay in the orderly and sequential progress of Consultant’s Services.

Payment shall be released by Cheque within 10 days from the date of submission of the Invoice.
