I’m particularly excited to share with you our new trips, which will bring truly extraordinary adventures — whether they be to exotic destinations or just fun activities — within easy reach. We hope that flicking through these pages will be a journey of discovery in itself, introducing you to more of our planet and surprising you with what it’s possible to see, and experience, together. One of my fondest travel memories was visiting Pompeii as a child. Taking my own children back there last year was wonderful. Seeing the world from their point of view is refreshing (and often very amusing!) and hearing and recanting stories while wandering

the winding streets together was as invaluable as the lost city itself. So too was hearing them talk about what they’d learnt afterwards. It’s those special memories that we work to facilitate for you too — creating moments that continue long after you’ve returned home from your trip. More than 40 years ago, we took a group of adventurers to Kathmandu in the back of our Bedford truck on a mission to see the world for ourselves. It was the first Exodus trip, a chance to venture into the unknown with fellow explorers, to meet people along the way who could share with us a perspective different to our own and to see the diverse destinations that they called home. The spark of wonder that we ignite in travellers as we impart our travel knowhow is extraordinarily rewarding. Our children’s prices are 25% lower than the adult cost for our guided trips, and that goes for ages up to and including 16. In addition our new loyalty programme, the Exodus Collective, offers discounts to previous bookers, and we’ll apply that to their entire family when they book as a group too.

TREADING CAREFULLY We are determined that future generations continue to enjoy exploring the world as we do, so we leave as small an impact as possible when we travel. With your family’s help, we support the communities that so graciously share their homes with us through various projects, championing local businesses and creating jobs. We’ve initiated projects to eradicate single-use plastic bottles, take children and porters on adventures in their homeland for the first time, as well as community projects in the Himalaya and beyond.

YOUR FAMILY IN MIND Each holiday that your child goes on shapes them, and we take the fine art of crafting the next generation of adventurers seriously. We introduce them to the world, planning in infinitesimal detail immersive experiences in nature, global cultures and more. Here’s how we develop our itineraries, making them ideal, not just for children, but for the entire family.

Fun for all ages

Our carefully considered age ranges indicate which children our trips best suit, taking into consideration the climate, amount of travel involved and more. We’ve added secondary ranges to give families with more than one child room to manoeuvre without compromising on fun! Find out more on page 33 and meet some of our young travellers below.

5-8 YEARS Travellers in this age group can expect leisurely breaks and free mornings when there are full-day activities — including walking — or late arrivals. You won’t find cycling trips in this bracket, challenging climates or too much travelling between destinations. There won’t be any hotelhopping either. All cultural experiences will be interactive and immersive, fun and educational. You can expect triple, quad or adjoining rooms with air conditioning and early mealtimes with some (but not exclusively) local dishes to try.

9-12 YEARS

13-16 YEARS

Like the younger age range, travellers in this group can expect a good mix of fun-filled activity and some downtime, though there may be longer drives and more travelling. Any cycling or walking will be on easy terrain with breaks. Expect sight-seeing with an engaging guide and a chance to experience the local culture with some hands-on activities. There may also be opportunities to learn new skills, such as cross-country skiing. Expect twin or adjoining rooms, and a mix of local and ‘international’ food.

Most days will be full for those in this bracket, but are likely to end mid-afternoon to offer the chance to rest and recuperate, as the climate may be more challenging — whether hot and humid or very cold! There may be supervised cycling with a support vehicle and long walks, plus wildlife experiences that may require young travellers to demonstrate patience. Journeys may be longer on trips that fall into this age range and food may be a little more adventurous. Trip notes offer full details of what cuisine to expect.

Bella and her family embarked on a trip to Italy to enjoy the Amalfi Coast: Pompeii & Pizza Family Holiday. She said: “We travelled to different towns and we had a lot of fun. I really loved the view of the houses on the coast when we were on a boat trip! I told my friends how much I’d really like to go back to Italy. ” Bella’s family found they had a budding chef on their hands. “The food is very good, and I got to make some pizza and pasta,” she says. “I learnt how to speak a bit more Italian too, and we were told about the Romans in Pompeii!”

Izaak spent time exploring Sri Lanka on the Tropical Island Wanderer Family Holiday. He said: “Sri Lanka was really nice. We travelled around the island, seeing the temples and the National Parks. Going to Yala National Park was my favourite because we saw a leopard! That was amazing. We were in a Jeep and our driver was local, so told us more about the area. I’ve never been to that part of the world before, and so it was an entirely new experience. Travelling gives you the chance to see just how different towns, cities and cultures around the world can be.”

Ami had a great time on the Mexico Magic Family Holiday. She recalls: “The trip was a lot of fun. It was a learning experience too. One of the biggest highlights was going to the Sian Kaán Biosphere Reserve, as we saw monkeys! We had a lot of fun on the ‘Lazy River’ too, making a float and travelling along on it, looking at the wildlife. I learnt about the Mayan culture in Chichen Itza too. Visiting a cenote was perhaps my biggest memory — but it was fascinating to learn about different cultures. To me that’s the best thing about travelling.”

Activity grading:

Grading each of our trips allows us to advise travellers on the difficulty of each adventure. We knew that we needed a child-centric system, which is why we’ve developed new grading guidance, designed to share exactly what can be expected, from leisurely adventures to challenging trips. Some of the things that we consider when choosing the right grade for a trip include the pace — how busy an itinerary is — and the level of activity involved. Then there’s the amount of time a family will spend travelling on their adventure, especially when they’re visiting more than one part of a country. The weather is an important factor too — is a destination extraordinarily hot, humid or particularly cold? We have to question how that will impact a child’s enjoyment of their holiday. Considering the age of the children embarking on the trip is important. Our family activity levels are aimed at children in the primary age group. If children in the secondary age group are coming along, they may find it easier or tougher accordingly. Family Programme Manager Tom Wilkinson says: “As a parent, I know that the key element for a holiday is whether or not your child or children will enjoy it. Our grades are set based on how much of a challenge, or otherwise, your child will find the trip. Happy children usually equals happy parents!”

Our leaders:

While we share the sights of a destination with our guests, it’s the stories behind them that really bring them to life. We choose the best trip leaders for all of our adventures, but we believe that it’s especially important when it comes to family trips. We pride ourselves on our ability to seek out world-class leaders that will organise, inspire, teach and help children get to know a country with their stories, games and sunny disposition. We’re not a kids’ club, but we do know the value of taking the pressure off parents, and so our professionals keep everything running smoothly. Children are entertained and informed, and our leaders know where to find the best ice cream or cup of hot chocolate, too!

Accommodation:

All of our accommodation is chosen with the whole family in mind, from parents looking for a relaxing place to unwind to small children who want an added element of fun. Each location is different, but we do err on the side of choosing family-run hotels and guest houses that are in-keeping with the destination. For example, in the Mekong Delta you’ll spend the night in a traditional Vietnamese house, and in Jaipur, India, in a Rajasthani style palace. We try to ensure there’s a pool in hot climates and we work to ensure that your hotel has ensuite facilities to make life easier. Ensuring you get the room set-up that you need is important to us too, whether that be interconnecting rooms or an extra bed. To get an immersive experience, we’ll sometimes stay in lodges, camps, boats or trains, but there’ll always be somewhere comfortable to rest at the end of each day. If you head into the wilds of Namibia, you’ll sleep beneath the stars and hear the sounds of the amazing animals that live there, and in the deserts of Morocco you’ll sleep in a traditional Bedouin-style tent. KENYA Best for Wildlife The animals of Kenya are world renowned, and its watering holes and savannah are frequented by some of the most wonderful wildlife on Earth. This one week adventure takes you by specialist overland vehicle and boat to places of conservation, beauty and awe, where the wildlife is plentiful and the magic moments countless. Your trip begins in Nairobi where you’ll learn more about elephants at the orphanage. At the giraffe centre, you’ll discover more about the animals that you’re likely to see when on your game drive in the Masai Mara, home to lions, leopards and cheetah. You’ll have a day at leisure here, to soak in this extraordinary environment at your family’s pace. PACK THE BASICS Make a list of the important things you need to pack in advance. There are some things you won’t be able to get when you’re there — especially if you’re out in the wilderness — so add medication, sunscreen, batteries, gadget adapters and chargers to your list. And don’t forget any all-important bears or ‘blankeys’!

We've carefully considered every detail of an Exodus trip to make your experience perfect. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you fly. BRING FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT While many flight operators offer good in-flight entertainment, it may be worth including something more in your carry-on to keep the family occupied. Especially on long haul flights. A journal and pen can give children a place to log their thoughts and memories, while travel games and apps can keep you all entertained at the airport.

KNOW WHAT FOOD TO EXPECT We know that children (and adults!) can be fussy eaters and we keep that in mind. Our trip notes offer information on what sort of meals can be expected, and we work to give you a taste of your destination, with locally-sourced dishes. Our leaders are on hand to help if you have special requirements.

PACK FOR GOOD CAUSES If you have a little extra space in your suitcase then there are community projects all around the world that would really benefit from you packing extra for them. DRESS FOR THE OCCASION If there’s any specialist equipment needed for your trip (think bikes, surfboards, abseiling gear or snowshoes, for example) then we’ll have it all ready and waiting for you, so don’t try and pack it! Concentrate on warm clothes in winter, a hat for the sun and some SPF protection for everyone, no matter the climate.

FLY FROM YOUR LOCAL AIRPORT Many of our holiday listings show flights from London’s Gatwick airport. But that doesn’t mean that you have to plan a trip to the capital with your family in order to embark on our trips. We will happily arrange flights from your local airport if they’re available, and we can arrange onward travel too, if required.

BRING A REFILLABLE BOTTLE It’s extremely important to us to protect our beautiful planet from harm, and so we are working hard to eliminate singleuse plastics on all of our trips. You can help us with this by bringing refillable bottles with you when travelling. We’ll make sure they’re always filled with fresh, clean water to keep you hydrated.

Grading Guidance All of our activity grading is child-centric, focusing on their abilities and what can be reasonably expected from them on their travels around the world. We want to make sure they get the most out of their holiday, and so it’s important to check over the activity grading before you book — it’s different from our standard grading. Where a trip falls between two grades we use an intermediate grade, for example; Level 2 (Leisurely/Moderate).

"Leading guests is a relatively new job for me Exodus Leader — I was formerly a performer in the circus, physical theatre and street theatre, using skills such as acrobatics, juggling and being a clown,” says Federica. “I also worked in schools and had to find a way to relate to teenagers and children, so I based my communication on games. I do something similar when leading groups, proposing riddles, treasure hunts and drawing to share information. I love to make children happy, encouraging their curiosity and creating a situation in which they can have fun and learn at the same time. I want parents to relax and have fun too, they are also on holiday even if the main focus is on the children. It’s nice to create moments for them too

and to take on some of their ‘work’ looking after the kids. Travelling is important at any age because it opens the mind. If children are lucky enough to travel, they carry lots of memories into the future, as well as have a different perspective on diversity — hopefully they learn to respect different cultures. I also think it's very important for children and adults to be immersed in nature, to enjoy the simple things and the beauty that we are often overlooking in our daily life.” And there’s a lot of beauty to be found in Federica’s Sicily. “I hope the children have fun learning things about my country, and I hope the families take home great memories of wonderful landscapes and a beautiful experience.” Sicilian Volcanoes Family Holiday

1. LEISURELY Leisurely trips are ideal for children who are happy to engage in a few hours’ of activity and some travelling. Most journeys won’t exceed two hours, so you can expect a fairly relaxed pace. It’s important to note that this doesn’t include airport transfers though, which may be longer. It’s likely that leisurely trips will be based in one place, with free time built in. 3. MODERATE Moderate trips are more challenging for a number of different reasons, which can be found in trip notes for specific itineraries. Things to consider are the amount of physical activity that can be expected and the length of time children will be expected to engage for. If there’s more travel and less downtime on a trip, it’ll fall into this category. As will multicentre trips and those in extreme climates. 5. CHALLENGING Challenging trips are much more taxing (most of the best adventures are!) In addition to a faster-paced itinerary, there’ll be less downtime and likely a more demanding climate. Children and teenagers taking on challenging trips should be willing to take part in several hours of activity a day. If your youngsters are happy outdoors, excited by a challenge and don’t mind ‘roughing it’ on occasion, then this grade is for them. 7. TOUGH The clue is in the name here! We don’t have many of these but they are often based on physical challenges such as climbing a peak, with several hours of physical activity per day, sometimes in difficult conditions. MEET THE RICHARDSONS CAROLINE: I wanted to take the girls to do something a bit different… Just travelling to your room in the hotel you’d be amazed. We saw an armadillo one day, we bumped into a huge locust the next. The holiday was action-packed!. KATIE [10]: One of the hotels was in the middle of the rainforest and you could hear sounds all around you. There were monkeys howling away. CAROLINE: Our tour leader Glenda was phenomenal. She is a native Costa Rican and she has such passion for her country. KATIE [10]: It was so interesting, she told me about how they didn’t have an army, and how they never get involved in war around them. LAUREN [11]: She explained everything we didn’t know and pointed out all the wildlife. She had an amazing telescope which we could take pictures through when we saw different animals. KATIE [10]: There were so many animals! We both enjoyed the sloth sanctuary and the night walk. We saw crickets and grasshoppers, snakes, tarantulas and a poisonous frog! We saw monkeys in the national parks and bullet ants marching along. The guide explained that if they bite you the pain is like being shot! It was exhilarating — a bit scary and really exciting. CAROLINE: We were able to get away from the crowds even though this is a destination with a well worn tourist path. Glenda got us up early one day and took us on a waterway that no one else was on. Because there was no noise we were able to see such incredible wildlife. It was because of Glenda’s understanding she was able to give us the best experience possible. It was serene and magnificent. LAUREN [11]: Our favourite part of our trip was the zip-lining and the white-water rafting. Me and Lauren went together because we weren’t heavy enough, and we zoomed through the canopy. CAROLINE: It was lovely seeing the children getting on so well too. There were two other families and even though they were very different ages, from 10-15 and a mix of boys and girls, they really did gel. It was great to see the children spending time and laughing together at mealtimes. KATIE [10]: We really enjoyed the food, the casados were delicious — it’s rice, beans, vegetable and meat and we really like the different styles of chicken with rice. Would we do it all over again? Absolutely! Grandma has just booked the next trip… LAUREN [11]: There was lots of interesting fruit like papaya, mango and delicious pineapple. And we drank coconut water straight from the fruit. They dig a hole in it, and put a straw in and you just suck. KATIE [10]: All the hotels we stayed in had pools and there was one day we just relaxed the entire time. The rest of the trip was packed full of different activities. We also went to two beaches — one on the Caribbean side and one on the Pacific — one was in the top 10 beaches list of the whole world! CAROLINE: There was definitely something for everyone. My mum even did the zip wire and the white-water rafting — she wanted to make fun memories for the children to keep. My mum took Katie off to the beach in Tortuguero on a night tour and they sat next to a huge Green turtle as she layed her eggs, slowly covering them before labouring back to the ocean. Every adventure that we embark on around the world has an impact on the destination we visit. Ensuring that ours is a positive one is a responsibility that we take seriously. That’s why we began our war on plastic waste more than two years ago, and #BanTheBottle is an ongoing pledge to eliminate all single-use bottles on trips. Shows such as Blue Planet showed us what a negative effect plastic waste has, and we encourage each family of travellers to take reusable bottles with them on their trip. We also ask you be extra mindful about your use of plastic as you travel in your destination. Here are a few more tips to help you go plastic free...

TOP TIPS 1) Bring a reusable, not single-use plastic bottle. Many Exodus trips provide safe drinking water so you can refill for free! 2) Resist throwaway plastic in hotels and be sure to tell hoteliers if you come across it. Every little helps. 3) Plastic straws pollute the ocean and are almost impossible to recycle. Try refusing them in bars or try biodegradable ones. 4) Most wet wipes contain plastic fibres that do not disintegrate. Check for fully biodegradable and compostable versions. 5) Don’t use plastic bags. Take your canvas bag travelling and refuse plastic bags when you’re out shopping.

Christine Franks took her family on their first Tailormade holiday to Slovenia. Here, she shares their experience with us...

I am from Canada and I have to say the Slovenian landscape exceeded my expectations. It was lush and green, we stayed in a gorgeous small mountain town, surrounded by lovely scenery — in just three minutes you could be out of the town and exploring — there was a river running through it, and waterfalls peppering the mountainsides. Over a week exploring we saw so many different aspects of it.

“We’re a really active family and ski a lot, and we wanted a summer version of a ski holiday exploring new ways to enjoy the mountains. CHRISTINE We’d never been to FRANKS Exodus Customer Slovenia before, but it was recommended by colleagues who raved about it. Tailormade seemed the way to go, as we’re incredibly busy in our normal lives and wanted to spend quality time together as a family. I did nothing. It was great — pain free and smooth. The one thing I investigated and booked separately was our flights. The Tailormade team did everything else. We made a few small changes to the itinerary adding some extra days to show the children round Vienna. We also added paragliding — all four of us did that — and advanced canyoning. I sat that one out and read a book in a lovely café. It was lovely relaxing and watching the world go by. We tend to be luxury travellers — if we go on a beach holiday we will try and stay in 5-star hotels. We knew we wouldn’t get that on this holiday due to the area we had chosen to visit, although we did upgrade slightly where possible. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. But it was the activities that really captured the kids imagination.

Our kids are 10 and 12, sporty and willing to give things a go. The very first activity was white-water rafting. My husband and I had to go to the front of the raft and I looked back a bit nervously and saw these huge smiles on their faces — whooping and hollering as we were going over the rapids as the sun set in the mountains around us. And the safety aspect — equipment and briefings — was outstanding, so I had nothing to worry about there either. The biggest revelation was e-bikes. One afternoon we did a self-guided bike ride, with a route map. We went off on our own for 2.5 hours. It was very hilly terrain but with the e-bikes we were able to do a 60km family cycle — stopping for a swim here and jump in the water there. It’s very close to the border with Italy and the food is heavily influenced by Italian cooking so we went to a café and had a really excellent slice of pizza. Refer to the Trip Notes The Trip Notes form part of our contract with you and they contain the most up-to-date information about the holiday, including details about the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions. Please download and take the latest version of the Trip Notes with you on your holiday.

2. About the trip Is this trip for you? We aim to provide detailed and accurate information in our documentation so that clients can assess their own suitability and fitness for a specific trip. We ask that you satisfy yourself prior to booking that you are able to complete the itinerary as described in the Trip Notes. All our trips feature Activity Level icons as guides to the type of itinerary and the level of challenge the trip will involve. An explanation of each Activity Level can be found at www.exodus.co.uk/activity-levels . Please let your sales consultant know during the booking process if you have concerns and queries about any aspects of the itinerary. Participation We ask our clients to always abide by the authority of the tour leader. There is an agreement in place between Exodus and our tour leaders, allowing them to exclude any client from part or all of a trip if it unfortunately becomes apparent that they cannot manage particular elements of a trip or is likely to put either them self or other people at risk. It is, however, not a decision that is reached lightly or that is made frequently. Pre-existing medical conditions We ask you to let us know of any pre-existing conditions, illnesses, disabilities or recent surgeries which may affect your safety or other peopleâ€™s enjoyment of the holiday. Our Trip Notes provide information on whether a particular holiday is considered to be suitable for a person with reduced mobility. There is no upper age limit on our tours, but as most holidays are quite active we may ask clients over the age of 80 a number of questions about their health and fitness. We also require you to advise us of any dietary requirements in advance of a tour. Accommodation Our prices are based on twin-share accommodation which means that if you book on your own, we will arrange for you to share with a person of the same sex. We ask you to satisfy yourself that you do not have any conditions or preferences which may preclude you from sharing a room, and that you speak to your sales consultant if you would like to enquire about a single supplement. Key information to help you prepare Important trip documentation will be provided during the booking process and prior to your holiday. If you have any queries or notice any inaccuracies, please contact Exodus as soon as possible. We are able to provide basic advice to clients regarding passports and visa requirements, but you should check with the appropriate embassy, consulate or the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office for the exact requirements for your chosen tour and date of travel. British nationals require a full passport which is valid for six months after the date of your scheduled return home. The Trip Notes for each holiday provide more detailed information on visa requirements. We recommend that you contact your Medical Professional or a Travel Health Clinic for information about vaccinations or specific health risks in the area to which you are travelling. If you are from an EU member state and are travelling within Europe, you should enquire about the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC); this gives a certain degree of free medical care in many European countries but should not be considered a substitute for travel insurance. The Trip Notes also include information about packing suggestions and essential items that we recommend you bring on your holiday. Risks of adventure travel Whilst we ensure that all activities are operated to the local legal standard and that risk assessments are carried out annually, many of our holidays do carry an element of risk. On many of our tours, the areas are remote and events far less predictable than on a conventional holiday. Health, safety and operational standards, particularly of hotels and transport, are often not up to the levels we experience at home. We require that all the properties and transport we use comply fully with local regulations, but we do not guarantee the same standards as in your home country. If you choose to travel on this type of holiday, you must be prepared to accept that this is all part of the experience. Adverse weather conditions, political situations and a host of other uncontrollable factors can mean a change in itinerary. Outdoor activities are weather dependent to an extent and some can become dangerous in certain conditions. If the leader feels there is any heightened level of risk involved in an activity, they may amend or cancel it as they see fit. It is unlikely that an itinerary would be substantially altered, but if changes are necessary, we will make the best possible alternative arrangements which maintain the integrity of the original itinerary. We will do everything we can to minimise the effect, but we cannot be held responsible for the impact of changes outside our control. Crime and other security risks exist in all countries and whilst travelling in a group is a safeguard, it is not a guarantee of safety. We will take all reasonable care of you and expect that you will take sensible precautions yourself.

3. Booking on a Flight Inclusive or Land Only Basis Exodus holidays can be booked on a Land Only basis or with international flights. When booking on a Flight Inclusive basis, Exodus complies with our responsibilities under the ATOL regime. For all packages (Flight Inclusive or not) we comply with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Regulations 2018. In the event of a significant change to travel plans by an airline, we are responsible for ensuring that you can complete your journeys in a reasonable timeframe and without additional cost to yourself. Please see point 6 for more information on the Package Travel Regulations. Flight costs and supplements Flight Inclusive prices include return flights from a London airport and UK departure tax. Our Flight Inclusive trip prices include a base price for the flights, however this is always subject to availability at the time of booking as airfares are outside of our control. Where the cost of flights is higher than this base price, a flight supplement may be applicable; your sales consultant will be able to advise you if this is the case.

Travel insurance It is an essential condition of joining an Exodus trip that you have an adequate and valid travel insurance policy for the full duration of your trip to cover the cost of medical treatment, cancellation and curtailment, and the activities included in the holiday (including the maximum altitude reached). We recommend that you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.

5. Payment, cancellations and changes Unless stated otherwise during the booking process or in the full terms and conditions, the following applies: Deposit You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking of at least 10% per person of your selected travel arrangements (minimum ÂŁ150 per person or equivalent). You may also be required to pay on booking for any non-transferable and non-refundable items; your sales consultant will advise you of this during the booking process. Final balance We will invoice you for the remainder of the cost of your holiday, which must be paid prior to 56 days before departure. In certain cases, we may request full payment more than 56 days before departure where, for example, airlines require full payment on booking. Making changes to your trip Please contact Exodus as soon possible if you wish to make a change to your existing booking, wish to change to a different tour or wish to change departure date. We will always endeavour to assist with the requested change, but this is subject to availability and payment may need to be made for non-refundable costs (for example from airlines) and other fees may also be applicable. Cancellation conditions You may cancel your tour at any time by providing written communication from the lead booker. As we start to incur costs from the time the contract is confirmed we will retain your deposit and will apply other cancellation charges as shown below. Please note, however, that for certain travel arrangements the cancellation charge may be higher than those shown; please ask your sales consultant for full details of cancellation charges at time of booking. KEY BOOKING INFORMATION

If we change or cancel your booking We plan the arrangements for your tour many months in advance and may occasionally have to make changes, most of which are minor. When a major change (as outlined in the full terms and conditions on our website) occurs, you will have the choice of either: a) accepting the change; or b) accepting a replacement tour from us of equivalent or similar standard and price (at the date of the change), if we are able to offer you one; or c) cancelling your tour, in which case you shall receive a full refund of all monies paid. Most of our trips are group holidays and require a certain number of participants to operate; we include details of normal group sizes in the Trip Notes and on

our website. In the unlikely event that a trip does not reach the normal minimum, we may be forced to cancel the tour; a decision will be made as early as possible and not later than four weeks before departure. We reserve the right to confirm trips on numbers lower than the minimum indicated and occasionally we may exceed the normal maximum. If at the time of booking your trip is not guaranteed, we strongly recommend that you do not make any non-refundable or nonchangeable travel arrangements.

ATOL protection All the flights and Flight Inclusive holidays in this brochure are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. 7. Your financial protection ATBA protection We will provide you with financial protection for package holidays you buy from us that do not include travel by air by way of a bond held by ABTA.
