The objective of this presentation is to explain the solution of operational production and customer service problems using AI-based applications.
BACKGROUND
As we all know, lately the company has been hit by problems related to the uncontrolled production process coupled with consumers who are dissatisfied with our service. For that reason, let me provide a solution to fix this using a technological approach through the application.
SCOPE OF WORK
This project will focus on 2 areas:
Supervision of the production process, from raw materials to ready-to-sell products. 02
Customer service, from marketing to the process of claiming receipt of goods.

Creating an application with the latest technology with the help of AI to facilitate the process of analyzing goods.
Creating an application that not only has a user-friendly appearance, but is also fast and lag-free.
Creating an application connected to the server to facilitate the process of monitoring and evaluating performance
