Firstly, to the Staff Awards on 5th April at Urmston Leisure Centre. There have been some unbelievable nominations this year (with over 300 made online for the Customer Employee of the Year Award) and the individual centre winners are of the highest standard. Next week a panel of Trustees and myself have to choose the overall winners and I can tell you it’s not going to be easy - I’ve changed my mind so many times already and I’m sure I will a few more times in preparation for next weeks meeting. I hope you’ve got your ticket to celebrate the achievements of maybe YOURSELF or a colleague and as always have a good night. I hope to see you there. Secondly, I am looking forward to our next Staff Conference. This year the conferences will be held at Flixton House and a little bit later than last year by being held in June.
