Recruitment An email went out this month to Students at Manchester Metropolitan University to advertise jobs & paid placements within the Trust. This email also went out to Sixth forms and Colleges within Trafford. The email basically had a small introduction about the Trust and what we do and was aimed at young people wanting their first step into a career in leisure. It also had a section for people with at least a UKCC Level 2 NGB coaching qualification to get in touch and see what opportunities we have for them. It was also shared on Yammer for any members of staff who are interested in maybe a career change or any new opportunities they might want to be involved in. The Army Reserves, as it is now known, keeps me busy (and not necessarily out of trouble) & as well as all the trade stuff I have learnt which I put in to practise when I went to Afghan in 2012, I have also learnt how to ski, shoot and live in a field!
