All-inclusive fees
The all-inclusive fees (per person per week) for 2026 are listed below and effective for bookings taken from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026.
Children aged 12 years and under pay only 50 % of the all-inclusive fee. There is no fee for children under three years of age.
For AQUA experiences, food and beverages available (except for two evening captain and host, cruising mits, on-board water sports cluding diving (where divers only), fuel for generators gines, docking and mooring
experiences, the fee includes all available for your stay evening meals ashore), cruising fees and persports activities inavailable for certified generators and enmooring fees, water, shore power (where applicable), cleaning and local taxes.
For TERRA experiences, the fee includes all food and beverages available for your stay (except as indicated), water sports and land activities, water, electricity, cleaning and local taxes.

Maintenance fee
The Maintenance fee includes:
• Maintenance, repair, redecoration (where appropriate), painting, cleaning and, when necessary, the renewal of internal and external structures of the vessel(s), all machinery and other equipment.
The maintenance fee for $ 1,070 USD per 100,000
• Replacement of furniture, fixtures in cabins and as passageways, saloon, areas of the vessel(s)
• Insurance of the vessel(s)
for 2026 is set at 100,000 PlusPoints allocated per year. This is payable per year or per usage, whichever comes first.

Points statement
Your TradeWinds PlusPoints Statement is the easiest way to track how many points you have used and how many you have remaining. Each time you confirm a reservation within the TradeWinds PlusPoints system, your personal PlusPoints account will be updated online on the members website. This gives you complete control over your points account. At any time, you can add bonus points to your account by speaking to a crew member or a member of the reservations team.
Rescheduling and canceling a reservation
We understand that members may need to reschedule, cancel, or amend a confirmed reservation. If cancelled more than one year from check-in, there is no fee; if within one-year, applicable cancelation fees apply. However, it is not possible to change a reservation less than 90 days from check-in.
