IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
This summer, Tradebe has been busy giving back to the local community! We hosted the Tradebe Youth Summit, welcoming 12 local students for a week of learning and exploration. The students gained first-hand insight into what it takes to run a business and had the opportunity to connect with different departments across Tradebe. Our team also joined the East Chicago Fire Department’s Back-to-School Night, where we handed out school supplies to students and helped them gear up for a successful year ahead.
Daniele has been part of the Tradebe team in East Chicago for the past two years and has shown an incredible amount of growth and dedication during her time here. She began her journey in receiving and transitioned into her current position as a Shipping Coordinator. Outside of work, Dani is passionate about all things art and enjoys exploring her creative side. �� Interestingly, she’s found that her artistic mindset helps her think outside the box and approach problem-solving at work in new and innovative ways. ��
EAST CHICAGO EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
We hope everyone had a fantastic time at the employee picnic! With the Dunk Tank, we raised over $200 for the local Boys & Girls Club to support their summer BBQ.
