Days 3 - 5













We know starting a new role can feel overwhelming. These activities are designed to help you build confidence in your environment and your new role.
Use the Onboarding resources you have received so far to find answers to the following:
1. Where do we log IT system issues?
2. Who approves annual leave?
3. What are 3 main systems or tools you’ll be using?
Use this activity to ask questions, meet team members, and become familiar with daily tools and processes.

Your warehouse visit is a chance to understand our wider operations and how our logistics connect to our customer promise.
Guided tour with a warehouse team member
Overview of product flow: inbound stock, storage, picking, dispatch
Introduction to warehouse technology and safety processes
You are required to remove all of your personal jewellery before entering the warehouse as part of strict security protocols
