This next stage of your induction focuses on ongoing support as you settle into your role.

Covering Weeks 2–4 and the end of Months 1, 2 and 3, this book provides simple check-in templates to guide conversations with your manager, buddy, and L&D. These check-ins are designed to help reflect on progress, address any questions, and make sure you’re feeling confident and supported as you continue your journey at Signet. A map of your onboarding journey can be found here (will link to hub).

Complete Brilliant Beginning Learning Path in Inspire Academy

To help you settle into your role and understand more about our ways of working, we’ve created a series of essential eLearning modules hosted on Inspire Academy. These bite-sized sessions are designed to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to navigate your new environment, covering key topics such as our systems, policies, compliance, and core values. Head to Inspire Academy via the hub.

Please ensure you complete all assigned onboarding modules by the end of Week 2. If you experience any issues accessing the content, speak to your buddy or contact the L&D team for support.
