Designing the show Designing the concept of our Slashers Halloween Drive-in heavily relied on the most famous theme song from each slasher halloween movie. Each horror slasher character entered to haunt the cars during their theme song. Here are our choices. The theme songs played after the movie trailer. The audio was layered with sound effects that matched the character along with screams to heighten audience’s fear and was attached to imagery and incorporated into the storyboard so sound would not need to be teched. Our grand finale
would have all characters haunting the cars and trap music would be played to intensify the moment. We divided up the characters to save time. Once we found the sound we wanted we converted it and shared it with the film crew.

These two cords (speaker cables) connect the sound board to the speakers (one cord per speaker)
------> What looks like two separate wires (the red and black) is actually one cord that connects to the audio source, in our case, rice’s laptop
Adjust the sound panel so the sound can be heard throughout the whole parking lot- here is what worked for us.
