Welcome to Toy World’s Nuremberg Supplement
Welcome to Toy World’s third annual standalone Nuremberg Toy Fair preview supplement. The world’s largest Toy Fair is only three weeks away, and with around 2,500 companies exhibiting at Spielwarenmesse, planning ahead is vital.
This dedicated supplement highlights a selection of the leading toy companies that you can see in Nuremberg, and the key new ranges they’ll be launching at the show. This gives you the perfect opportunity to choose which exhibitors to add to your show schedule. More than perhaps any other show, it’s important to have a plan when you visit Nuremberg – with anything up to a 20-minute walk between halls, you want to avoid rushing from one end of the showground to the other if at all possible (although it can do wonders for your step count). Seasoned visitors will know what to expect from the show, but if it is your first time attending, be prepared to be bowled over by the sheer breadth of companies and products on show. Thankfully, the show organisers do a wonderful job of grouping exhibitors with similar products together, to help make the whole experience just that little bit smoother for visitors. So, whatever product category for which you are looking to source new lines, you will find a huge choice of suppliers from across the globe. It can be an exhausting trip, but is always exhilarating. If you are picking this supplement up from the Media Point or the British Pavilion in Nuremberg and you are new to Toy World, we publish a print issue every month of the year – and we also have a website which is updated with the latest news and developments from the toy community on a daily basis (www. toyworldmag.co.uk). I hope you have a successful visit to ‘Toy City’ and enjoy all the celebrations to mark the event’s 75th anniversary. The Toy World team will be out in force, and look forward to catching up with as many of you as possible during the show.
Retail Profile
Rofu
Rofu means business (and play)
Three weeks before Christmas, Toy World sat down with Michael Edl, managing director of Purchasing and Marketing at Rofu, to learn more about the German toy retailer and hear about how the year has been for the business, before looking ahead to 2026.
Can you tell our readers a bit about Rofu as a business?
We carry a variety of categories, such as Christmas decorations, seasonal products and back-to-school. However, toys is our largest category and very much part of our DNA. When you step inside our stores, consumers immediately recognise our product assortment and strong value proposition. In addition, we utilise online as a way of expanding our reach with consumers – although for us this is very much an add-on, as we like to prioritise our in-person stores. Online, there might be a small selection of SKUs that you can’t buy in every store, because we customise each location based on its size. Almost every Rofu store will be different to one that you’ve visited previously.
Across our 105 stores, we have about 90 different models. One location might have more fashion dolls, while another might have more function dolls, or a focus on DIY or board games. We customise our stores based on a variety of factors, including their total area, the number of competitors nearby, their location and the local consumer demographic. The average size of our stores is 800 m2, although we have stores that start at 500 m2 - and some go up to 2000 m2. As a business, we want each branch of Rofu to look like a specialist independent toy retailer, whether that’s in a larger or smaller format store. When you walk into our stores, rather than seeing product ranged by brand name, it’s ranged by category. So, for example, instead of looking at five shelves of Barbie, you are looking at our whole fashion doll selection. We typically try to understand the customer mindset and what they are looking for. We believe that using our own perspective and expert knowledge is the best way to gain customer engagement.

How has 2025 been for toy sales in Germany?
A recent press release from the German Toy Association suggests that business has been smooth and the market is up 3%. However, in reality, a large part of this increase is driven by the likes of Pokémon and Lego. If you take away those brands, the market is probably declining around -4%. Around Black Friday and the beginning of December, everyone was worried about the volume of liquidated inventory, which has a huge effect on pricing. I have never experienced this deep level of discounting before, and I’ve been trading in toys for 30 years. In toys, we deal with a very broad target demographic – it goes from 0 to 99! Our main business nowadays is younger kids who are still looking for toys underneath the Christmas tree. There’s also now a huge opportunity across Kidults and the collector base – that’s been one of the biggest shifts in the market in recent years. If you look at the overall numbers, it looks like the market is still doing reasonably well, however, the truth is that we’re effectively buying sales, as we’re virtually liquidating inventory. This is something that has never happened in the German market before.
Have there been any standout ranges or categories this year?
Plush has performed extremely well within a wide range of assortments. Board games are still stable, and action figures are doing okay. Lego’s Kidult ranges have been another highlight, while system play like Playmobil is looking steady and consistent. For three years, Rofu has been stocking more STEAM products. We’ve set up a local licence, called Woozle Goozle, which is a small character who loves to do
Retail Profile
Rofu just have to do what we do, and what makes sense for our business and customers.
There’s a perception that Germany is a very traditional market. Do you think this is changing?
At one point, licences were not making the same number of shares in the German market. Now, it’s reaching around 30% of total sales, and as a business, you need to have an element of licensing in your product mix. I am slightly concerned that we now put too much pressure on entertainment. The window that we have to properly take advantage of these licences is getting increasingly short. It’s hard to run a licence that is profitable during these time frames. You also need to keep the iron hot, and sometimes there can be such a delay for products coming out that this is difficult to do.
experiments. We signed the licence a few years ago and it has continued to grow and develop.
How is the Christmas period going so far? Do you have any predictions on how it’ll turn out?
I believe it will be a flat Christmas against last year. When we look at the numbers without Pokémon and Lego, I think we should be happy if it’s flat; every percentage point above that will be worth celebrating. As we come closer to Christmas, puzzles and board games will start to come into their own - they always gain popularity at this time of year. We saw sales start to pick up one week before Black Friday. If it’s the same as the last couple of years, based on high-value items, we’ll see strong shopping on Black Friday, and then there will be a lag. However, averagepriced products will be purchased more after Black Friday. This year, we’ve had the best period we can have, starting from 1st December with the peak going into that first weekend. The following week, I predict it will be slightly flat, and then the week before Christmas it will blow up. Going into the week of Christmas, it will be busier than ever.
How has discounting impacted Rofu this year?
At the beginning of November, Action, the discount
retailer, sent out a 188-page catalogue, based on prices just below €10. This is an approach which is completely disrupting the price ranges in each category. The customer mindset is evolving; when they’re focused on specific products and licences, they are looking at where they can get it at the best value. Everyone was focused on Black Friday to get the maximum discounts. Now we’re past that, stock availability becomes a key factor. Price wise, the German market is just as sensitive as the UK these days – in some cases, arguably more so. Consumers can buy product in a discount format with Aldi, Lidl and Action, and they can buy it from toy specialists like Smyths and Rofu. There is a lot of pressure to deliver the best products at the best value.
What impact do online retailers like Amazon have on physical retailers in Germany?
A lot of brand suppliers are going to refuse to work with Amazon here in Germany, as they know they’re getting too much pressure on complicity and pricing. For that reason, it looks like Amazon is not affecting the market too heavily anymore. We do have some competition from online retailers, but it’s not like the market competition we have with Action, when they’re sending out Christmas flyers and cutting prices up to 30-40% – this is a totally different direction. In the UK, the market seems to be much more online-focused than Germany. In the end, we
Kidult is an area that we’ve been focusing on, but we’re looking at it from a different direction – at store level. Everyone is talking about Kidults, and there’s a huge disparity between what is suitable online versus what works in-store. In-store, we are looking at having a specific Kidult/tween area, to draw their attention when they first walk in. We have a blueprint of how we are planning to make everything look seamless. One option is building up an area called Fan Zone, which will typically be focused on the collector space. Also, in January, we will be dropping vending machines into our stores like Pop Mart did in the UK. When introducing something like a vending machine, you need to be able to control the customer setting. You don’t want them only looking at the machines and ignoring the rest of the store. We’re trying to keep our customers inside the store through different avenues.
What are your thoughts about 2026? What trade shows will you be attending?
In addition to continuing to expand our presence in Germany, we’re potentially looking across our borders. This includes Luxembourg and Austria, as well as eastern European countries like Slovenia and Macedonia, as they have huge opportunities in the kids’ market. In 2026, we are planning to get behind a wide range of themes and licences based on different categories. We start the year with Super Mario, before getting into Star Wars with Grogu and then the new Minions film. We’re also dropping in Formula 1 and looking at the next chapter of Marvel Doctor Doom. Nuremberg is still a milestone for us, and as a toy specialist, you have to be there. As Rofu attended the LA Previews, I won’t be revisiting stands or exhibitors that I saw there – I want to avoid double visits and really maximise the show.
Everything is already set up and on track for us for Christmas 2026, so Nuremberg will be good for finding potential new contacts, sharing more details or wrapping up notes from previous showcases. From our perspective, it’s essential to be there, and we will need to be at the show for the whole time. Even then, we can’t get through all the halls and stands available.

Spielwarenmesse’s
diamond anniversary
Ahead of Nuremberg Toy Fair, Toy World’s Caroline Tonks catches up with Christian Ulrich, spokesperson and member of the Executive Board at Spielwarenmesse eG, to give readers some insight into this year’s landmark anniversary show, the fair’s heritage and its future.
I
n 2026, Spielwarenmesse is set to return to Messezentrum Nürnberg from Tuesday 27th to Saturday 31st January for its 75th edition, transforming the exhibition centre into a unique showroom for the international toy community. From Halls 1 to 12.2, stands are overflowing with new product, bringing together companies and visitors from across the globe into one big melting pot of toy innovation, where they will explore the latest ranges, place orders and catch up with colleagues and friends. Last year’s show was hailed a major success. The final figures showed that there was a total of 2,362 exhibitors from 71 countries in attendance, making the total area of the show 175,000 m2 . Over the duration of the show, 57,500 visitors from 126 countries graced the halls, exploring everything on display for the year ahead. When looking at the fair’s floor plan, each hall is carefully curated to make it simpler to navigate and cater to specific categories within the industry. From the likes of Lifestyle Products and Dolls/Soft Toys in Halls 1 and 3C, Technical and Educational Toys in Halls 2, 4, 4A, 5 and 6, and Multi-Product Groups in Halls 11, 11.1, 12 and 12.2, there’s so much to discover - and never a dull moment for visitors walking through this show. Despite 2025 marking 75 years of Spielwarenmesse eG, the real celebrations will begin at the 2026 show as a result of previous iterations being on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the course of Nuremberg Toy Fair, there
Toy World 14
will be a variety of special anniversary highlights taking place. An exhibition with interactive elements, located in front of the centrally positioned Entrance Mitte, will offer insights into the history of Spielwarenmesse and showcase its key milestones: from rapid international expansion and the move to the exhibition centre, to numerous world premieres of products. The ongoing success story includes continuous digitalisation and the strengthening of the fair’s strong networking reputation under the current Executive Board – Christian Ulrich, Florian Hess and Jens Pflüger. Across the entire exhibition grounds, numerous exhibitors will join in the celebrations with their own activities, offering everything from musical performances and creative photo spots to exclusive product testing areas. Since the show’s inception, 15 exhibitors have remained a firm part of Spielwarenmesse, and will be receiving special recognition for this dedication. Franz Schneider, J.G. Schrödel, Ravensburger Verlag and Sieper are just some of the companies on this list who have returned year after year. The exclusive ToyNight on 27th January is set to bring

together all exhibitors on the opening day of the fair, whilst the RedNight on the evening of the 29th January will encourage networking among industry colleagues with atmospheric stand parties, as well as a grand fireworks display in the Messepark. Some long-standing exhibitors will also be hosting anniversary celebrations of their own. John GmbH will be celebrating several milestones at the show. Alongside its 100-year anniversary, this will also be the company’s 70th Nuremberg Toy Fair, and it will be commemorating 50 years of being a Disney licensee. John GmbH will be showcasing all of this on its stand, with an exhibition of product from the 1970s, a banner showcasing family pictures and the history of the company, as well as a banner showcasing its history with Disney. During RedNight, attendees are welcome to stop by the stand and raise a glass to toast these anniversaries. Casdon will be celebrating its 80th anniversary – marking the milestone with a collaboration with a brand-new licence, The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Its first-ever range of licensed ice cream toys, set for launch in summer 2026, will be making its debut at the show. The anniversary of Spielwarenmesse will be visible throughout ToyCity Nuremberg. Up-to-date information on all events can be found in the fair’s app and website. Visitors to the fair can, for example, frame their photos with an exclusive 75-year anniversary design and share their excitement for the biggest industry celebration of the year. Christian Ulrich comments: “The 75th anniversary is a milestone that extends far beyond our own organisation. It is the expression of the close ties and continuous change in an industry that has repeatedly reinvented itself since 1950. For us as a team, it is a great pleasure to continue writing this success story together with the international toy community and to offer the industry a platform for innovation, networking and inspiration.” With its long heritage as a trade fair, the team is keen to balance honouring this extensive lineage with staying relevant and forward-looking for today’s toy market. “Through intensive dialogue with the industry, we identify new developments at an early stage and continuously adapt our trade fair concept. This is reflected, for example, in the introduction of innovative product groups, the expansion of digital offerings and
creating special experiences in a variety of formats.” The over-arching goal of the show is to create an environment for industry and trade that enables efficient networking and successful business deals. In this way, Spielwarenmesse continues to be a central meeting point for established market players, ambitious newcomers and everyone who brings movement to the industry. For the anniversary edition, visitors can expect plenty of innovation to keep the show fresh and up to date. Christian explains: “We have optimised the hall structure to make both orientation and networking opportunities easier. For example, the School Supplies, Stationery and Creative Design area is now located in Hall 2 and part of Hall 4. In Hall 2, this area has been specifically combined with the Technical Toys, Educational Toys, Action Toys category to create synergies. The Startup Area and New Product Gallery in Hall 3A offer space for innovations, and the Sports, Leisure, Outdoor activity area in Hall 7A invites visitors to try out pickleball. Special displays such as Toys for Kidults and ToyTrends in the central entrance area provide additional highlights.” Spielwarenmesse eG has once again seen enormous interest from exhibitors this year, with most of the halls already fully booked. Thanks to optimised hall occupancy, there has been the capacity to open up additional spaces, allowing a multitude of new opportunities for growth, particularly for the product groups Baby and Infant Articles, Lifestyle Products and Sports, Leisure, Outdoor. According to Christian, this shows how attractive and dynamic the trade fair is becoming. At the same time, the team behind the show is laying the foundation for continuing to respond flexibly to the needs of the industry and new market trends in the future. International participation is impressive again this year, reflecting the global appeal of the Nuremberg Toy Fair. For the 75th edition of the show, there will be over 10 international pavilions presenting more than 200 companies – proof of the enormous diversity and international networking opportunity provided by the event. The UK will be represented with its own pavilion, curated as ever by Stuart Whitehill and his team at the Overseas Fairs Division of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerece. “The strong presence of a wide variety of nations once again proves that this event represents the key meeting
Toy World 18
point for the global industry,” states Christian. “New this year, for example, are exhibitors from Luxembourg, New Zealand, and Uruguay.” To make this mass-scale show easier to handle, Spielwarenmesse is taking the necessary steps to help exhibitors maximise their ROI at the fair. “We support our exhibitors in many ways to maximise their trade fair success,” says Christian. “In the run-up to the fair, we offer targeted webinars to help them with their preparations for the show. On our Spielwarenmesse Digital platform, companies can present their profile, product images and videos, as well as brand and licence entries, and use integrated communication tools to get in touch with interested parties directly. “During the fair, the LeadScan tool in the app enables efficient contact data collection. The LeadScan tool is complemented by networking formats such as the GamingHour at the Game Inventors Convention, all of which promote personal exchange and new business opportunities. This combination of digital services, targeted communication and attractive events creates the best conditions for a successful exhibitor experience at the Spielwarenmesse.” Due to the sheer scale of the show, with its seemingly endless exhibitors and product on display, Christian offers his advice to first-time visitors attending the show, especially during such a landmark year: “Visitors should plan their visit to the Spielwarenmesse well in advance and take advantage of our numerous services – both digital and on-site. Active exchange with other industry representatives, visits to the Specials and the Toy Business Forum and immersion in the unique atmosphere of the event open up a wide range of opportunities. Coming together and meeting people remain central elements of the fair and provide the ideal basis for experiencing innovations and new collaborations first-hand.” As you continue to flip through the pages of this dedicated standalone Nuremberg preview supplement, Toy World brings readers the latest information on a selection of the hottest toys and games that will be showcased at Spielwarenmesse 2026, as well as insight from a raft of industry figures about what not to miss while at the show and in Nuremberg. Caroline, Mark Austin and new managing director, Simon Lewis, will be representing Toy World at this year’s show; to book an appointment, please reach out via email.

Farzana Rahman
One for Fun has so many fabulous new things to see, fantastic new ranges and line extensions across our impulse and sensory ranges and a stand packed with winners. Personally, I would single out our F1 range which has been such a best-selling smash over the last few years. The next series of Formula One: Drive to Survive from Netflix is due to air in the spring and the popularity of F1 continues to rise with families and collectors alike. This year, as usual, we will also have access to the Maisto and Bburago stand to be able to show our buyers all the new ranges for 2026. I think the new 1:64 collectible range of cars with their individual drivers will be a real pull – Ferrari with Leclerc driver, Ferrari with Hamilton driver, Mercedes with Russell driver, and McLaren with Norris driver. These are eye catching and affordable with a special 12pc dispenser as point of sale. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
If you’re visiting Spielwarenmesse, make the Trend Gallery your first stop. It’s the one area that gives you a clear and immediate snapshot of where the toy industry is heading. The Trend Gallery brings together the newest ideas and emerging toys that are gaining real traction, making it the best place to understand what buyers and retailers will be paying attention to in the year ahead. We exhibit in the Trend Gallery every year because it consistently attracts toy buyers who are actively looking for what’s next. It’s also where we reveal our latest release. Often buyers will come and seek us out, having seen our showcase in the Trend Gallery. And here’s my top recommendation for 2026: keep an eye out for our new Build-A-Mosque Mini Surprise Kits. These super-fun, collectible building block sets are designed to help children learn and explore about the diverse world we live in through building famous mosques from around the world. Spielwarenmesse 2026 will be the first place you’ll be able to see them in person. And yes, they will feature in the Trend Gallery!
CEO, The Desi Doll Company
Stefan Bühler - Sales director GSA, Funko This year at Nuremberg Toy Fair, visitors won’t want to miss Funko’s bold step forward in delivering new and culturally relevant pop culture collectibles. One key growth area for the brand has been within the world of KPop. KPop has become such a global phenomenon and as the category continues to gain traction, Funko’s speed-to-market advantage enables retailers to capture fan interest quickly. The new Funko Pop! KPop Demon Hunters range is one of the first-to-market hardline collectible offerings hitting shelves following the release of the film in June. We look forward to showcasing the new Funko Pop! KPop Demon Hunters line at Nuremberg including Rumi, Zoey, Mira, Jinu, Derpy and Sussie. Funko will also debut its next evolution in the Blind Box segment with new Premium Blind Boxes. Two new series, Kiguzoomies and Funko Fun Squad, will offer higher collectability, broader character diversity and strong repeatpurchase potential across fan and collector audiences. Funko will also showcase the ongoing expansion of core Pop! Assortments – evergreen products that continue to deliver consistent year-round sell-through. Those visiting the stand will see new Pop! and Bitty Pop! lines from licensors including Disney, Marvel, Universal and many more.

Visitors shouldn't miss the unexpected side of the show; the moments that go far beyond booths and business cards. At Eolo, we’re opening the door to our secret room experience, where we’ll be privately unveiling two completely new brands that our team has been building with huge passion, courage and a big dose of imagination. These projects pushed us to our limits in the best possible way, creatively, technically and emotionally, and we genuinely believe they’re going to surprise a lot of people. But what really makes it special is the way we do it. The Eolo Smile Team will be there to welcome everyone with open arms, positive energy and, of course, a lot of fun. Because for us, the Eolo experience is never just about products or deals, it’s about people, emotion, connection and enjoying the journey together, and maybe a bit of Spanish wine. Spielwarenmesse is always inspiring, but some of the best moments happen in the most unexpected places. If you’re looking for something that blends innovation, surprise and a good dose of joy, you know where to find us.
I honestly can’t wait for the Nuremberg Toy Fair. We have some seriously exciting things landing for 2026, with new launches alongside Hasbro and Universal, plus extended ranges with Mattel, Warner Bros. and Minecraft. The one I’m most excited about is our all-new Batman Radio Controlled range. This isn’t just a logo stuck on an RC car. We’ve built this range from the ground up – a performancefirst, aggressive design which is Bladez RPM NDA. Think next-level RC and new vehicle concepts inspired by Gotham, as well as products that are suitable for dads, too. Batman is one of those evergreen, multi-generational brands that never slows down. We’ve created a line that feels fresh, fast and relevant for 2026 and beyond. We’ve been working on this in the background for a long time, and I’m buzzing to finally be able to show it. This year’s Nuremberg Toy Fair is going to be a big one.

International Sales manager, Outset Media and Cheatwell Games Nuremberg is one of my favourite trade fairs and places to visit. The one thing that you should not miss when in Nuremberg is wandering around the city itself. There is something so magical about this beautiful Bavarian city and if we are lucky enough to have some snow, it makes the city even more magical. I remember that it snowed on my first year to Nuremberg. I woke up on my first morning to thick snow and I have loved the city ever since. The show is still one of our busiest in the calendar and it is so nice to see people off the back of Q4, where everyone is looking forward to a new year ahead and they are excited to see what’s new. Personally, I think the must-see at the show is Hall 10 with all the games, however, I try to make time to go to the model hall, it is pretty spectacular and one not to miss.
Will Collinson General manager UK & Europe, Zuru The one thing visitors absolutely can’t miss is the scale of what we’re bringing for 2026. We’re launching 10 completely new brands, and it’s the most ambitious lineup we’ve ever taken to Nuremberg. If there’s a single area to pay attention to, it’s the Kidult and collector’s space. The category has moved from being niche to a core growth engine globally, and we’re leaning into it with some genuinely differentiated IP and product that pushes well beyond what people expect from Zuru. It’s bold, it’s creative and it’s going to be a major part of our story going forward. If you want to understand the step-change in our 2026 portfolio, the stand in Nuremberg is where it all comes together.

Digital Marketing manager, Commotion Aside from the thoughtfully curated and immersive Commotion stand in Hall 12, Stand A-04-6, the ToyTrends Area is an absolute must-see. Spielwarenmesse’s ToyTrends showcase both current and emerging trends that retailers should take note of to stay ahead in the industry. The products on display range from familiar favourites you may already know or even own, to surprising, one-of-a-kind finds you never realised existed. Exploring this area is fascinating, and many of the toys on show tie directly into discussions at the Toy Business Forum, providing valuable context and insight. For a recommendation beyond the fair, after a long day discovering everything Spielwarenmesse has to offer, make sure to visit Kuhmuhne for an amazing pizza and cocktail.
Nuremberg 2026 is a real milestone moment for me. Much of 2025 has been spent building strong partnerships, refining our product lines and collaborating closely with our US team. Hamee is bringing our biggest and most diverse portfolio yet, with new products that tap into the heart of pop culture and lifestyle trends. Our focus for the year ahead is strengthening our presence across Europe, and we’re looking forward to meeting with partners old and new at the fair. Hamee’s standout attraction and must-see at this year’s show is going to be its interactive DIY Phone Strap Station. While Hamee has long been recognised as a leader in phone straps, the concept reached new heights last month during a successful collaboration with Sanrio in the US at its LA pop up, where a fully customised phone-strap experience allowed shoppers to select their own straps, beads, charms and character icons. The response exceeded all expectations, demonstrating strong consumer enthusiasm for hands-on personalisation. This year’s showcase will highlight how easily the concept can be adapted to any retail environment, offering retailers a proven, highengagement experience that drives both traffic and sales. In addition to the DIY feature, visitors will be introduced to exciting developments within Hamee’s Squishu range. These ultra-soft collectible characters continue to gain momentum, and the line is set for another major leap forward next year with the introduction of the Pusheen Bento Box character. With its charming design and the strong fan community around Pusheen, the new addition is poised to become one of the brand’s most successful releases to date. Together, these innovations underscore Hamee’s commitment to playful design, consumer engagement and trend-driven product development heading into 2026.

Sales and Brand director, Rainbow Designs The one thing visitors won’t want to miss in Nuremberg this year is the debut of our Pembe Plush Collectible range, which brings the cute online sensation Pembe the Pink Cat to life in a physical format. The range, which has been specifically created for tweens, teens and young adults, blends Japanese Kawaii charm with Danish minimalism, to offer a character that is irresistibly cute, stylishly simple and full of heart. Pembe’s world is all about kindness, imagination and colourful self-expression, which shines through across the full collectible range. Each item has been thoughtfully designed to capture Pembe’s sweet, curious spirit while blending irresistible cuteness with high collectability. The range includes plush toys and plush keychains, each adorned with a positive affirmation, tapping into the growing demand for meaningful and giftable collectibles. There are also soft toys that offer the same heartwarming charm in a larger, huggable format. Early previews have already created a real buzz as Pembe offers a fresh, contemporary character brand with a broad and flexible product offering that encourages repeat purchasing, gifting and sustained instore presence.

Head of Sales UK, Craze Toys Visitors can’t miss the energy coming from Hall 6, Stand C-01, where Craze Toys is bringing the full force of our surprise-play universe to Nuremberg. This is our first major step into the UK market, and we’re showcasing why Craze has become one of the strongest-performing toy companies in the German-speaking region. The spotlight for 2026 is firmly on licensed surprise-play – fast-turning, impulse-friendly and built around that all-important “wow” reveal moment. Our Inkee Surprise Bath Bombs, featuring Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Hello Kitty and SpongeBob, have become a phenomenon in Europe, combining safe, TÜV-tested bath fun with hidden collectible toys. Retailers looking for high-volume, repeat-purchase lines will want to see these first. If buyers want to understand why Craze dominates the German market, and how that translates into a major new opportunity for the UK, our stand is the one not to miss.

Marketing and Product Development manager, The Carat Shop Visitors at Spielwarenmesse shouldn’t miss our fantastic new collection of character-licensed jewellery and accessories for Hello Kitty and Molang. International Sales controller, Scalextric (Hornby Hobbies) Alongside enjoying the famously good beer, I’m obviously going to say the one thing visitors shouldn’t miss is a visit to Hornby Hobbies in Hall 7, Stand B-18. As well as new launches from Hornby, Airfix, Corgi and Pocher, we’ll be sharing an early look at our upcoming Scalextric ranges for 2026, including an exclusive reveal taking place at the show. Spielwarenmesse is always a valuable opportunity to meet retailers and distributors from across the world, and it’s an ideal setting to talk through what we’ve been working on for the year ahead. The 2026 lineup reflects some exciting new developments across the range, with new subjects and updates that we believe will resonate with fans and trade partners alike. If you’re in Nuremberg, do stop by the stand.

Sales director EMEA, YuMe Toys The one thing visitors absolutely can’t miss is our One Piece Barrel Capsule Series. One Piece has always been about the thrill of discovery, and we wanted to bottle a bit of that feeling. It’s fun watching people crack open the barrel and realise there are layers to uncover – clues, stickers, little surprises – before they finally hit the character. It feels like a tiny treasure hunt. Each capsule reveals one of six core heroes – Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji or Chopper. It also comes complete with an acrylic stand and a display-ready base. Whether they’re a die-hard Straw Hat fan or hunting for the ultimate gift, this immersive unboxing journey is pure treasure. If you only check out one thing at the booth, make it this. The reactions are honestly the best part.

Visitors to Nuremberg this year can’t miss the unveiling of our newest licensed range, where we’ve partnered with The Magnum Ice Cream Company – better known as Wall’s, Frigo, Ola, Miko, and Algida across Europe. The collaboration marks a major milestone for Casdon as we celebrate our 80th anniversary. Following the standout success of last year’s Build-a-Bear Workshop launch (which went on to win a Hero Toy Award at London Toy Fair 2025), expectations for 2026 are high, and in true Casdon style, we’re delivering something special. This year, we’re introducing the first-ever range of licensed ice-cream toys, featuring iconic frozen favourites including Calippo, Magnum, Cornetto, Twister and Solero, alongside classic ice-cream play inspired by The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s famous scoop tubs, across six imaginative SKUs. It’s an exciting move into a new category, bringing instantly recognisable brands into hands-on, creative play. True to Casdon’s DNA, the range is packed with functions, features and that all-important fidget factor, designed to captivate little hands and spark big imaginations. Bold, playful and refreshingly different, it promises to be a real standout at Nuremberg Toy Fair. With a new major brand launch and a landmark anniversary to celebrate, 2026 is shaping up to be one of our most exciting years yet, and we can’t wait to unveil it all in Nuremberg.

Export manager, Buki France Spielwarenmesse is the one event visitors can’t miss when it comes to discovering the full universe of Buki France. For our Export team, it is the highlight of the year: the moment when we present our entire product range and, above all, present all the new toys that will be launched for spring and Christmas 2026. Beyond showcasing new products, Spielwarenmesse is where we build the year ahead. We exchange with our long-term partners, strengthening our collaboration. The show is also a unique opportunity for meeting new prospects and opening doors to markets where Buki France is not yet present, and therefore, sustaining our business worldwide. This year, visitors will discover more than 50 brand-new products, including our Potions Lab, creative dioramas to assemble, a complete acrylic painting kit, a sticker factory and even a real potter’s wheel.

I would say that visitors should not miss our Enthusiasts Collection, a premium boxed series created specifically for hobbyists, nature lovers and dedicated collectors. Series one of the collection launches with two distinct ranges: Garden Birds and Koi Carp. The Garden Birds celebrate the familiar species that brighten our parks, gardens and woodlands, from vibrant European songbirds to striking North American garden birds. The Koi Carp explore one of the world’s most iconic ornamental fish, featuring classic Japanese patterns that in some cases have taken over a hundred years to perfect. Sculpted in a style that captures their movement through water, these models showcase the beauty of these highly prized fish. The Garden Bird series two will be released in the second half of the year, featuring a number of North American songbirds as well as some classic favourites such as woodpeckers and jays.

At PMI’s stand, which we are truly excited to share with everyone, we have amazing experiences waiting for visitors, including a special secret room. The one thing visitors simply cannot miss in Nuremberg 2026 is the rise of Fugglers. This trend is exploding, whoever is not a part of it is truly behind. Fugglers will be everywhere at the fair, turning heads, sparking conversation and creating a real sense of FOMO. They are becoming the new Labubu, moving fast and surprising the entire industry. As Connor Mycroft wrote: “Move over Labubu – Fugglers look to steal the crown.” And that momentum is growing every single day. We are proud to bring this trend forward with our collectibles, along with many other exciting brands at our stand, but the Fuggler wave will be the talk of the fair. Visitors should make sure to stop by the PMI booth and while exploring Nuremberg, keep their eyes open. Fugglers will be everywhere, and they will absolutely steal the show.

Founder, Smart Zone Of the thousands of toys and playthings that will be on display at the 2026 Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg, you must not miss Flippers, Smart Zone's newest and most innovative pre-school vehicle. Flippers is a cleverly designed two-vehicles-inone concept that will fascinate and provide countless hours of fun for every young boy and girl. With monster truck design, bright colours, oversized tires and realistic details, Flippers will surely be one of 2026's hottest and best-selling toys for young children. Senior lead Licensing and Media Content Sales, Outfit7 Last year was a significant year for Outfit7, but this year already feels just as big. If you’re coming to Spielwarenmesse, the one thing you really shouldn’t miss is our brand-new Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super toy line. It’s something we’re incredibly proud of and genuinely excited to share. We worked closely with our toy partner Spider International to create products that don’t just look good but really feel special. We wanted toys kids won’t just play with once and move on from, but ones they’ll keep coming back to, share with friends and maybe even sneak into bed at night. For us, this isn’t about launching “just a toy range”. It’s about building a world that kids can step into, imagine with and make their own. What you’ll see here is the foundation of something we’re growing longterm – not a one-off, but the start of a much bigger journey for the series. Visit us in Hall 12, Stand E-18.

We’ve had many successful shows in Nuremberg and we’re confident that will continue. Spielwarenmesse plays an integral role in selling-in our great brands into the European market. We’re excited for attendees to see all the lines we’re exhibiting, as they encompass a large range of toy items, from hot, new licences from Disney to our popular line of trendy fashion and beauty items from our Shimmer ‘n Sparkle brand. Crafts have always been an integral part of our toy portfolio, and the new Crystal Gem Creations is really a beautiful and innovative product that both kids and adults will have fun creating. Of course, we’ll be showing many other innovative products as well, including new Slimy and other compound products. While our products are certainly a must-see, while in Nuremberg, visitors should also get out and discover the beautiful city including Nuremberg Castle and the picturesque cobblestone streets of the Old Town neighbourhood.

Managing director, Micro Scooters UK If visitors see one thing in Nuremberg, it should be the next chapter of Micro’s core range. For 2026, we have modernised every hero product parents are already buying in the hundreds of thousands. The idea is simple – keep the quality and engineering that define Micro, and update the colours and finishes to feel relevant, premium and retail-ready for the next year. The Mini Micro 4-in-1 arrives with a full palette refresh that feels clean, contemporary and built for display. Mini Micro Neons introduce high-impact colours that drive instant pick-up from younger families. Maxi Micro Neons and Neochrome answer the constant demand for “something cooler” for older riders. The Sprite Art Collection brings a one-of-a-kind liquid infusion finish that is unlike anything in the two-wheeled market: they look stunning online and in-store. Our eco story moves forward too, with new Mini Eco colours and the Sprite Eco launched this year (in 2025?). This is a reminder that sustainability sits at the centre of how we design. Micro enters 2026 with a line-up that feels unmistakably Micro but visually fresh, giving retailers strong reasons to re-list, expand and spotlight the category.

This year, I’d say visitors simply can’t miss Wow! Stuff’s brand-new stand in Hall 4A. We’ve moved, we’ve rebuilt and we’re bringing an entirely fresh experience to Nuremberg for 2026. Our new space has been designed from the ground up to showcase what we do best: innovation that invites people in and, ultimately, makes them smile and go ‘wow’. At the heart of the stand is the next chapter of our Puppetronics category. It’s a world we’ve been passionately building over the last two years and 2026 is a milestone year in its development. We’ll have hands-on demonstrations, big reveal moments and the chance for visitors to get up close with our latest hero launches, including our most ambitious RealFX and Deluxe Puppetronics yet. We’re incredibly proud of what the team has created, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone in and share the magic of what’s new for 2026.
For us, Nuremberg during Spielwarenmesse is no longer just a destination – it’s an experience. This year marks our second time exhibiting as Kidi Communication, and it makes this edition even more meaningful. The first time, we came with excitement and curiosity. This year, we return with confidence, stronger relationships and a clearer understanding of our place within the industry. Spielwarenmesse is much more than a toy fair. It’s a place where creativity meets business, where trends are born and where brands and buyers from all over the world come together. There’s something special about walking through the halls, discovering new ideas and feeling the scale and energy of this truly global event. For us, that atmosphere comes to life at our stand. Visitors can explore our complete ecosystem of solutions that combine technology with safety and protection, addressing real-world needs. We invite visitors to share ideas and discover how our approach fits into the wider world of children’s products. So, if there’s one thing visitors shouldn’t miss in Nuremberg, it’s taking a moment to soak in the diversity of the fair: the toys, the innovation, the creativity, the people behind it all – and how thoughtful technology is shaping the way children play safely today. That’s where inspiration really begins.

Chief operating officer, John Leisure The one thing visitors can’t miss in Nuremberg this year is visiting John Leisure. Acquired by John GmbH last year, John Leisure has gone from strength to strength, making 2025 a record year for the business. We’re proud to showcase our strongest range of products ever, combining innovation, creativity and play across our licensed and non-licensed ranges. A highlight this year is our partnership with the BBC, bringing the brand-new Bluey-inspired outdoor toys to life. These products build on our expertise in active play and balls, offering imaginative, adventure-driven experiences that inspire children to get outside and play. Alongside this, our full playball and licensed ranges are on display, demonstrating the depth and variety that make John Leisure a must-see for retailers, buyers and toy enthusiasts alike. To celebrate John GmbH’s 100th anniversary, we’ll be hosting a special event on our stand (Hall 12.2, Stand P12) on Thursday evening during Red Night. It’s a fantastic chance to meet the team, explore our range and experience first-hand why this year has been such a landmark one for the company.
Director of Global Sales and Growth, Connetix
Connetix is entering 2026 with strong momentum. Last year saw the introduction of Portals, Glitter Castle and Unicorn, Light Up Star, and the Pros line, all met with outstanding enthusiasm from our community and retail partners. We’re continuing to build on this momentum with further innovation and expanded play possibilities planned throughout the year. At Spielwarenmesse, the key highlight for visitors will be the first preview of our new Pastel Portals, as well as the amazing builds at the Connetix stand showcasing the incredible possibilities of our open-ended tiles. Since launching the unique design and distinctively shaped Portal tiles in 2025, sales have grown significantly. Their success proves that, in a crowded tile market, Portals offers something genuinely enhancing to builders and creators, developing more possibilities for children to stretch their creativity and imagination. The addition of our signature Pastel palette, widely favoured among families for its soft, natural tones, brings a fresh aesthetic to the range and reflects strong community demand. This new pack is just the beginning of what is to come in 2026 with a big year planned for Connetix. Our established distribution network across Europe ensures fast delivery and reliable replenishment, so retailers can stock the Connetix ranges with confidence. This is supported by strong margins and localised marketing support. We welcome retailers to secure a meeting at Spielwarenmesse to preview Pastel Portals and see the Connetix difference in person.

Hall 12, Stand D-10 Moose Toys, a global leader in innovative play, is set to drive category growth and retail excitement at the 2026 Nuremberg Toy Fair with a robust portfolio of new launches. The line-up spans collectibles, licensed brands, STEM, nurturing pets and games, each designed to deliver strong shelf impact, high consumer demand and compelling retail support. Expanding the top pre-school licence, the Bluey’s Jet & Cruise Ship playsets offer immersive, multifeatured play with exclusive figures and accessories. Bluey’s Jet comes with a Bluey figure in her pilot’s cap. Children can seat Bluey in the cockpit to pilot the plane, then welcome the entire Heeler family aboard by opening the side of the plane. The rear of the jet opens for easy storage of luggage and travel essentials, including a purse, camera and meal tray that come included with the playset. Bluey’s Cruise Ship is a self-contained playset that opens to reveal six fun activity areas. The included Bluey and Bingo figures can climb the rock wall in the Adventure Park, fly above the deck on a spinning parasail or come down the wraparound water slide and splash into the pool. The playset’s 10 accessories include a pool floatie, sun chair, mocktails and a table and chairs. Moose Toys has partnered with CrunchLabs to develop a toy line to disrupt the STEM aisle, leveraging scientific and engineering principles to enhance and fully reimagine how toys are brought to life. The Crunchinator uses scientific principles like torque, force and mechanical advantage to crunch objects with ease, multiplying kids’ strength more than 25-times. With three uniquely designed, interchangeable crunch plates, kids can experiment with household items like soda cans, ping pong balls and bananas to see the power of science. Beauty-inspired Gui Gui returns with a super charged glow-up after its debut. Season Two’s Fruity Glow Edit brings even more beauty-inspired slime magic to the mix. With six slime textures to collect, including two exclusive new drops, juicy Jelli and cool Crunchy, kids can pick their favourite feel thanks to new visible packaging and a multi-sensory experience. Each slime is infused with fruity scents and comes with brand new beautyinspired tools, such as a mini slime sculptor and roller. Chirpy the Chick and Coco the Hamster are the newest Little Live Pets Ouchies patients in the Vet Kit. Each pet has glowing cheeks and over 20 sounds and reactions to show when they’re hurt and when they’re healing. Kids can diagnose their pet’s boo-boos, apply sticker bandages, a cast or mini-ice pack and tuck them into the vet bed inside the portable carrying case. Building on the success of the Little Live Pets Mama Surprise franchise, Mama Surprise Kitten introduces a new layer of surprise and repeat play. Children can place Mama Kitty in her basket and watch as three baby kittens are revealed, each with their own unique colour and personality. The reveal can be experienced again and again, driving repeat play and collectability. Luvibubs are baby dolls that grow out of their own pots. Each Luvibub – Cheerful Charlie, Brave Bella, Kind Kira and Sweetheart Sophie – grows by taking the included ‘seed’ and ‘fertiliser’ from the packets, planting them in the pot-shaped packaging and adding just enough water from the included watering can. The Luvibub doll starts to bloom and grow right from the pot. Luvibubs arrive with a pacifier, watering can that doubles as a sippy cup, birth certificate and storybook-themed instructions. Bananagrams, now from Moose Games, is the word-building game that has been driving players bananas for more than 15 years. The instantly recognisable banana-shaped pouch holds 144 lettered tiles. Players, ranging from one to eight, draw between 11 and 21 tiles (depending on the number of players) and work frantically to create words in their own crosswordstyle grid until all tiles are used. Bananagrams is portable and great for on-the-go fun, making it easy and enjoyable for all ages. As master toy partner for the hit Netflix live-action series, One Piece, Moose Toys brings a new line of innovation-filled toys to delight fans. The complete line will be available ahead of the Season Two premiere, slated for Q1 2026. Fans of One Piece will enjoy the Tony Tony Chopper, the Straw Hat Pirates’ resident doctor, reimagined as an ultra-soft, premium plush. Standing 11 inches tall, the former “normal” reindeer sports his signature hat featuring antlers and a medical cross that symbolises his healing role. The ScruffaLuvs Mum & Baby set reveals a mom and baby (or twins) with surprise poses and accessories, fostering nurturing play and collectability. Whether it’s a retriever or dachshund duo, each family comes with a comb, baby bottle, adoption certificate and deluxe pet carrier with a bow design. Each set also comes with special finish collars to add a touch of colour to every rescue. Moose Toys is committed to driving sell-through with comprehensive 360-degree support. Integrated marketing includes TV, digital, influencer and social campaigns tailored to each brand. In retail activation, there’s eye-catching POS, in-store demos and exclusive retailer programmes. Content partnerships include animated series, YouTube content and influencer collaborations to sustain engagement and drive traffic. And across trade tools, there’s early access to assets, planograms and training to maximise in-store execution.

At the centre of it is something visitors can’t miss: a giant ball run built with a jaw-dropping 3,000 Connetix tiles. The installation celebrates the magic of open-ended play while showing just how far magnetic tiles can go when clever design meets creativity. This year brings a suite of new products crafted from Connetix’s deeply imaginative development process. Retailers stopping by the Connetix stand will get hands-on with the brand’s recent releases – a suite of packs that landed in 2025 and have already become favourites among families and educators. The Connetix Pro 70-Piece Constructor Set is an advanced building line featuring opaque tiles in six contemporary colours, plus ultra-strong magnets combined with Smart-Spin Technology. This groundbreaking line is designed to spark imagination in older builders and future engineers. The 48-Piece Bright Portal Pack gives users two sizes of open-frame portals and mini squares for intricate construction and imaginative design, while the 28-Piece Light Star Pack features a first-of-its-kind rechargeable light-up tile that transforms play and learning with elements of light, shadows and refraction. The 48-Piece Glitter Castle Pack and 56-Piece Glitter Unicorn Pack are developed with a unique iridescent glitter that provides new ways to explore colour, creativity and sensory stimulation. And the 20-Piece Limited-Edition Charity Packs in bold Teal and Pink will see 20% of proceeds donated to global research into breast cancer and motor neurone disease. This year’s showcase will also offer something extra special: an exciting first look at the 48-Piece Pastel Portal Pack, set to launch in March 2026. Featuring the brand’s signature pastel colour palette of soft, earthy tones, this evolution of the Portal concept features nesting tiles along with mini squares featuring Smart-Spin Technology for advanced construction and STEAM exploration. As the first major release in Connetix’s 2026 lineup, it gives retailers a glimpse of what’s ahead; the beginning of a year is filled with fresh innovation and exciting new products still to come. Another big milestone from 2025 is the news that Brave Toys – the parent company of Connetix – has now welcomed My Creative Box into its portfolio. Known for its thoughtfully designed, sensory-rich activity boxes, the Australian brand shares the same core values as Connetix, creativity, curiosity and learning through play, and gives retailers a complementary range that expands its offering with ease. This year, Connetix and My Creative Box will share the stand at Nuremberg, giving retailers the chance to explore both worlds of open-ended play, from magnetic tile construction to hands-on creative projects. With new products from each brand on display, it’s an ideal opportunity to see how naturally the two ranges complement one another. Connetix invests heavily in its partners, offering tailored in-store setups, strong POS, ready-to-use social content, lifestyle imagery, video and an online store locator that drives foot traffic. The company is renowned for treating retailers like part of the team. Communication is open, support is consistent and its large online community means demand often walks through the door on its own. Parents often walk in asking for the tiles by name, inspired by viral builds, educator recommendations and the brand’s instantly recognisable aesthetic. At the core of it all is a simple belief: children learn naturally through play. This philosophy is woven into every tile, every range, every reel uploaded to social feeds and in every moment of connection with the Connetix community. As families experiment, build, rebuild and reimagine with Connetix, they are practising engineering principles, exploring geometry, testing physics, developing emotional resilience and sharing memories, all without instruction. Visitors to the stand at Spielwarenmesse will see the Connetix difference in person. For more information and to discover valuable opportunities to partner with Connetix, get in touch and book an appointment via the details above.

Showcasing its most ambitious collection of the award-winning range, Wow! Stuff introduces category-defining lines including the Yoda Puppetronic by RealFX, Fuggler Deluxe Puppetronics and Gremlins Palm Puppetronics. Rooted in Wow! Stuff’s mission to bring beloved characters to life through imaginative storytelling, Puppetronics blends traditional hand-controlled puppetry with advanced, leading-edge electronics to give fans of all ages a revolutionary new way to play. The result is a wholly user-controlled experience, allowing children, kidults and adult franchise fans to recreate expressive, cinematic character moments with authentic sounds, movements and interactive responses, all delivered through handcontrolled action. Following two years of award-winning product launches, Wow! Stuff is spotlighting the evolution of its Puppetronics portfolio, having built a full category architecture across three distinct tiers. RealFX, Deluxe and Palm Puppetronics have been created to form a cohesive, scalable character universe for retailers and licensors alike. Representing a new industry category driven entirely by the user’s hand movements and enhanced by integrated electronics, touch sensors and original sound files, Puppetronics are designed to come to life through a blend of tactile puppetry and responsive technology. Topping the category is the range of Puppetronics by RealFX, a halo tier reserved for the world’s most iconic licences and characters. To qualify as a RealFX line, products are produced to the highest specifications so that they look real, feel real and sound real. Each Puppetronic typically features 80-100+ integrated sounds, actions and interactions, making them highly sought after. Headlining Wow! Stuff’s show line-up is the Star Wars Yoda Puppetronic by RealFX, launching autumn/winter 2026. At 44cm tall and crafted with movie-authentic clothing, Yoda brings a level of realism to the Puppetronics line. Visitors will experience Yoda’s expressive eyebrows, opening and closing eyes, moving ears, reactive arm gestures and immersive, unique sound profile, all controlled by the user’s hand and subtle finger movements. The Yoda Puppetronic by RealFX offers a premium Puppetronic supported by high demonstration value, social currency and shareability, and powerful cross-demographic appeal. The Deluxe Puppetronics tier brings the same storytelling magic to a mid-level price point, offering more than 40 sounds and actions while exploring globally loved characters that lend themselves to lively, expressive puppetry. Wow! Stuff’s Deluxe Puppetronics line continues to expand its reach across powerhouse brands, with the standout of the autumn/winter 2026 line-up being the Fugglers Deluxe Puppetronics. This launch marks the first time Fugglers have been given full sound and action capability, elevating the brand’s funny-ugly-monster personality through opening and closing mouths, expressive eyes and over 40 sounds and actions. Each Fuggler comes with its signature mischievous charm, human-like teeth and, in true Fuggler fashion, a pair of mystery underpants. By combining theatrical puppetry with comic timing and surprise reactions, the Fugglers Deluxe line is set to delight fans and collectors, opening new animated storytelling possibilities for this much-loved cult phenomenon. For play in the palm of the hand, and rounding out the Puppetronics architecture, is the Palm Puppetronics range, a major growth driver for 2026 and a key focus of Wow! Stuff’s show display. This tier brings the Puppetronics magic to smaller-scale characters, offering intuitive hand-controlled movement, head and tummy touch sensors, expressive sounds and the innovative enhancement of character-to-character interactivity. Packed full of leading-edge tech, the Palm Puppetronics offer a highly collectible range of favourite characters from world class entertainment franchises. Autumn/winter 2026 will see Wow! Stuff launch the highly anticipated Gremlins Palm Puppetronics, starring Gizmo and Stripe, beloved characters who fans will recognise from Warner Bros. Pictures’ film Gremlins. This innovative, standout launch, taps into nostalgia, Christmas gifting and pop culture fandom. Both characters feature moving heads and eyes, authentic character phrases and playful responses triggered by user interaction. When the two characters meet, they recognise each other, triggering bonus sound and interaction modes that reflect their movie-moments rivalry. Palm Puppetronics offers strong collectability and affordable price points that support repeat purchase potential, with characters spanning major franchises including Star Wars, Minions, Toy Story, Care Bears and more. With the Puppetronics category built on the power of demonstrability, Wow! Stuff has a robust marketing programme in place, with on-shelf and in-store theatre and digital content a key focus for the year ahead. Social media plans include a line-up of earned influencer campaigns alongside top-tier paid creators capturing authentic reaction moments. Content will align with major franchise milestones, anniversaries and movie releases throughout the year, with bursts of broadcast and cinema advertising planned for franchise-linked launches. These initiatives are designed to help drive footfall, consumer engagement and repeat purchasing while cementing Puppetronics as a category in its own right.

Craze Toys

Hall 6, Stand C-01 As Craze Toys enters 2026, the company arrives at Spielwarenmesse with significant momentum and a portfolio that now stretches across multiple major toy categories. Over the past decade, Craze has become one of the German-speaking region’s most dynamic, energetic and widely distributed toy companies, and its presence at the show this year reflects a business expanding not only in scale, but also in creative ambition. As the company prepares for further international growth, including a major push into the UK, this year’s Nuremberg showcase demonstrates the breadth and depth of the Craze offering. Licences will play a pivotal role in Craze’s 2026 strategy, particularly in the UK market as it looks to drive international expansion. Existing strong performing partnerships with Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Hello Kitty and SpongeBob span multiple product categories from bath play, compounds, slime, creative and seasonal, offering retailers a cohesive, high-recognition licensed ecosystem rather than isolated one-off SKUs. One key area where these licences feature heavily is within Craze’s bath time innovation brand Inkee. First launched in 2017, Inkee had a clear mission to turn bathtime into a fun adventure for children and now combines its fizzing bath bombs with collectible figures from some of the world’s hottest properties. It comes in bright colours, creative shapes and sweet scents, all dermatologically tested and 100% vegan. New generic themes in the Surprise Bath Bomb Collection for 2026 include rescue vehicles, aqua world, racing cars, space and a magical new look to its dreamy unicorns. There will also be extra-large bath bomb surprises and bathtime additions such as face masks, tattoos, bubble baths and soaps. Craze will be presenting some very bright and colourful FSDU solutions to show how Inkee can stand out at retail and invite greater consumer engagement. Compounds and creative play are another highlight of the Craze catalogue, with more market-leading brands within the portfolio also set to be launched in the UK this year with a strong focus on licensing. The popularity of the Magic Dough, Magic Sand and Magic Slime ranges in Germany show how Craze seamlessly blends creativity, performance and reliability whilst supporting both impulse and repeat purchase. Dedicated to delivering category leading collectible formats, Craze also has its own IP in Germany’s No.1 horse collectible, Galupy. Launched in 2018 and with millions of figures sold in the German speaking market, Galupy unicorn figures are high quality, detailed characters driven by magical stories of friendship and strength. With a refreshed series and new families being introduced, Galupy has an opportunity to enter the UK market and make an impact in the mini collectibles category with foil bags, blind boxes, figure sets, playsets and accessories. In addition, Fairy In My Pocket and Craze’s Surprise Bags add depth and variation to the collectible universe and offer more affordable pocket money options for UK retailers looking for something fresh. Visitors to the Nuremberg stand will see new soft toy formats reflecting the company’s intent to build plush into a strategic pillar alongside its compounds and collectibles. Likewise, Craze’s success with seasonal novelties will also be on show as it unveils its latest advent calendar offering . With teams across Switzerland, Germany, Spain and China, Craze continues to scale development and international distribution. The UK expansion marks a major milestone, backed by licensing, product innovation, strong category credentials and marketing, so Spielwarenmesse 2026 is the ideal platform to showcase this next exciting chapter.

Hall 6, Stand A-30 Lisciani, a longstanding leader in educational play, has revealed Slumi Science, its fast-growing kids’ brand that is redefining the way children explore tactile play, emotional well-being and hands-on creativity. What began as a simple idea, combining sensory fun with accessible science, has quickly grown into one of Lisciani's most dynamic and internationally recognised lines. Designed for children aged six and up, Slumi blends soft textures, elastic materials, bright colours and engaging activities to create a play experience that is both joyful and calming. In a world where children are surrounded by rapid stimuli, Slumi Science offers a space where they can slow down, squeeze, stretch, create and relax. At the heart of the brand is a clear mission: transforming scientific curiosity into something comforting, delightful and fun. The kits invite children to discover the properties of materials through touch, stretching, moulding and personalising their creations. One of the flagship products in the line is Slumi Squish & Slime 2-in-1, a best-selling kit that combines two tactile experiences in a single box. Kids can create soft, squishy characters while also experimenting with slime mixtures, decorations and accessories. The result is a double play pattern, creative making and sensory soothing. Another highlight is Slumi Squish Balls, for creating colourful squishy balls that have instant relaxation through their soft textures and slow-rising squeeze, making them ideal for both play and stress management. For 2026, the brand expands with Slumi Super Soft Friends, a standout product designed to accompany children everywhere. With this kit, kids can make their own stretchy, squishy characters, creating, decorating and even attaching them to backpacks. Each friend becomes a stress-relieving companion, ideal for moments of relaxation at home, at school or on the go. It’s an accessible, heartwarming DIY activity that merges creativity, craft and sensory wellbeing. This wide sensory universe has contributed to Slumi’s rapid international growth. In just one year, the brand has expanded across Europe with dedicated market adaptations, and today Slumi is distributed in the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Poland, Italy and Greece, and is translated into 12 languages. Retailers have embraced the line not only for its strong visual identity, but also because it responds to an increasingly global demand: playful tools that help children manage small everyday stresses while stimulating creativity. At the company’s booth, visitors are invited to take a look at the latest squishy and slime novelties. To book an appointment, contact Cristiano Tonelli on the email above. For those visiting London Toy Fair, Lisciani will be supported in the UK by A.B.Gee, which will work alongside Jeremy Robinson, Lisciani’s country manager UK. Cheatwell Games
023 9252 4098 | www.cheatwell.com sales@cheatwell.com
Hall 10, Stand C-28 Over the past four decades, Cheatwell Games has watched families grow up and friendships form over its games. Now, to mark its 40th anniversary, it aims to do the same for years to come, with many new releases being added to the market such as Buzzword, Cat Earth, Guildlands, Flora Funga and over 40 new Cobble Hill puzzles. In Buzzword, the game starts as the buzz word is announced. Teams must guess 10 clues before the time runs out, and every answer must contain the buzz word. In each team, one team member will give hints while the rest shout out answers. Players must get them right to score, and each incorrect answer gives the opposing team a chance to steal points. Cat Earth is a fast-paced board game with a comic conspiracy-theory twist. The game includes cats who believe the Earth is flat, not round, and are willing to prove it by knocking items off the edge of the world. Players take turns playing movement cards to send the giant cats bounding across the board, toppling rival houses off the edge of the Earth. Each time the deck runs out, another cat joins the fun. The last player with houses still standing claims victory. In Guildlands, players choose their Guild and lay their tiles to rebuild a city after a dragon assault leaves the realm of Thornshire in ruins. Players are tasked with restoring the capital of their Guild to its former glory after the Queen calls upon them. Those playing must strategically lay tiles to rebuild roads, markets, gardens and defences, and deploy workers to claim key locations, block opponents and control the flow of the city. Once gold is spent, players can gain extra actions and turn the tide in their favour. Flora Funga features two nature-inspired games in one box with a magnetic wraparound board. In Flora, dandelions sprout, bloom and scatter as shifting winds reshape the landscape and players race to complete mission cards. In Funga, mushrooms form intricate patterns as players place, connect and disrupt using clever moves and powers to score the most points. Outfit7

Hall 12, Stand E-18 Outfit7’s Talking Tom & Friends franchise has rarely stood still. Originally known for its award-winning mobile apps, the brand has gradually expanded into animation and licensing, and in 2025 it took another step forward with the launch of its new animated series, Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super. The series places familiar characters Talking Tom, Talking Angela, Talking Ben and Talking Hank, into a new environment created specifically for younger children. This time, the friends discover a mysterious device that gives them unexpected powers, turning everyday situations into superhero adventures. It is a warm and humorous approach to the genre, focused on friendship, teamwork and problem solving and designed with pre-school audiences firmly in mind. Following its launch in Italy at the beginning of 2025, Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super has begun rolling out internationally, including a recent debut in the UK on BBC CBeebies. Alongside the growth of the series across broadcast and digital platforms, Outfit7 has introduced a toy line that allows children to extend those on-screen adventures into hands-on play. The toy collection focuses on character-led formats across several product types. The range includes four-inch action figures of Talking Tom, Talking Angela, Talking Hank and Talking Ben, alongside seven-inch feature figures of Talking Tom, Talking Angela and Talking Hank. The collection also includes eleven-inch talkback plush versions of Talking Tom and Talking Angela, offering a softer and more interactive way for children to engage with the characters. Italy is the first market to feature the full toy range, marking the start of the product rollout alongside the series. The UK toy launch is scheduled for 2026, with Character Options as local distributor following the broadcast debut on BBC CBeebies. Beyond Europe, Outfit7 is continuing to expand Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super into new territories as part of a phased global rollout. Bringing Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super into physical toys marks a clear shift in how the series is being developed. The characters are no longer limited to the screen but become part of imaginative play through figures and plush. This positions the series as one designed to grow beyond television and establish a lasting place within children’s entertainment. The toys are not simply echoing what appears on screen but extending it. Children can recreate scenes, invent new stories and build relationships with the characters through play. In this way, Talking Tom Heroes: Suddenly Super becomes more than a programme; it becomes part of everyday life.

As it continues to progress as one of the leading wholesale manufacturers within officially licensed jewellery, accessories and gifts, it is set to showcase existing and brand-new products once again at the show. The Carat Shop is advancing within its brand collections. While it initially started with a few brands including Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, it has since branched out and begun to manufacture products for a variety of different licences. It now works with 18 brand licences and is always looking for opportunities to expand. Following the success of its Wicked Accessories collection last year, launched in anticipation of the Wicked movie, The Carat Shop has launched another collection for the sequel, Wicked: For Good. This includes the goat professor, Dr. Dillamond, and the signature location from the film, Munchkinland. It has also created charm bracelets inspired by protagonists Glinda and Elphaba, both of whom enjoy strong, dedicated fan bases. In recent months, The Carat Shop has introduced a myriad of new collections, including Molang, the French animated TV series, Hello Kitty, which was first created in 1974, and its Football Clubs Collection incorporating the Premier League clubs in addition to Real Madrid. Having this broad selection has enabled The Carat Shop to expand its range and cater to different audiences. In 2026, the company will continue to launch new Harry Potter products, expanding on its existing range, including Velvet Tote Bags, Velvet Jewellery Boxes and Gift Sets. The Jewellery Boxes can be used at home or packed for travel, whilst the Tote Bags blend Hogwarts magic with everyday practicality. Due to the popularity of the signature Advent Calendars, including the 2025 Diagon Alley Calendar, The Carat Shop will be releasing another calendar, though no details have been announced yet. As The Carat Shop marks its fourth year exhibiting at Toy Fair, it’s thrilled to bring even more magic to the show and will be welcoming a magician to the stand once again. The company received great feedback about the magician last year, so he will be returning to perform more tricks for visitors. Members of The Carat Shop team will of course be on the stand to discuss visitor goals and how the company can help assist their business. The Carat Shop remains committed to delivering quality licensed products and strives to be a leading choice for those sourcing high-quality, officially licensed jewellery, accessories and gifts. In 2026, that belief is stronger than ever. This year marks a true coming of age moment for Mojo Fun, one defined by elevated quality, refined sculpting, enhanced paint techniques and a renewed commitment to building the most engaging and accessible animal figurine range in the industry. Across its core Wildlife, Prehistoric, Farm, Pets and Horses lines, visitors to Nuremberg Toy Fair will notice the attention to detail that makes Mojo Fun stand out. Sculpt details are sharper, proportions more accurate and paintwork more nuanced and naturalistic. It is the strongest, most complete range the company has offered to date. 2026 will also marks the debut of something entirely new: The Enthusiast Collection, a premium boxed series created specifically for hobbyists, nature lovers and dedicated collectors. This new collection represents a major evolution for Mojo Fun, with higher grade sculpts, intricate paint application and stand out packaging. Each model comes with a unique QR code, offering information on feeding habits, geographical location and general information on each species, along with quirky facts. The bird series also contains an audio file with the song specific to each bird species, adding to the educational aspect. Series One launches with two distinct ranges: Garden Birds and Koi Carp. The Garden Birds celebrate the familiar species that brighten parks, gardens and woodland, from European songbirds to North American garden birds. Each figure features meticulously researched feather patterns and refined colourations adding to the unique charm of the collection. The Koi Carp series explores one of the world’s most iconic ornamental fish. Featuring classic Japanese patterns that in some cases have taken over a hundred years to perfect. Sculpted in a style that captures their movement through water, these models showcase the beauty of these highly prized fish. The Garden Bird series two will be released in the second half of the year. This series features a number of North American songbirds as well as some classic favourites such as Woodpeckers and Jays. Visitors to the stand will be the first to see the full Enthusiast series. Retailers will also be able to preview future waves and explore how the Enthusiasts Collection could fit into toy, gift, garden, hobby and premium retail environments.

Hall 4, Stand D-17 and E-18 Make It Real’s Swift Clicks Heishi Bracelet Maker eliminates tedious hand-threading and adds an irresistible sensory element to every project. Makers can simply rotate the bead carousel to align the preferred colour and click the button to thread – and repeat. The revolutionary click-to-thread design allows DIY jewellery makers to craft with up to 16 colours of heishi beads in a session. Swift Clicks’ compatible bead refill sets make this innovative crafting tool endlessly enjoyable. The device includes a custom funnel to refill the bead carousel and an ingenious tool to align the beads for smooth operation, reducing frustration and down-time between bracelet-making sessions. The Swift Clicks Bracelet Maker encourages independent play, and hones pattern-building and fine-motor skills in young crafters. Intuitive buttons on both sides accommodate both right- and left-handed makers equally, and that satisfying click offers sensory satisfaction for makers of all ages. Veteran crafters will especially appreciate the device’s efficiency and precision. It’s never been easier to turn out top-quality custom bracelets, with colour palettes for every occasion. Makers can add alphabet beads too, threading those by hand alongside heishi beads for extra personalisation and flair. In addition to 16 hoppers to keep beads always at the ready, crafters can store extra materials, like the aligning tool, in the centre of the carousel. The lid closes securely to prevent supplies spilling. The removable base doubles as the bead funnel; makers can just flip it over and press it securely into place over the desired hopper. The base also holds the refillable spool of elastic cord, and the spool holds the aligning tool, so it won’t get lost. The self-contained Swift Clicks design helps keep spaces mess-free. Swift Clicks is small and portable – ideal for play dates, sleepovers and hangouts. The process is simple to learn and easy to master, meaning kids can take turns with the device. The Bracelet Maker and the Swift Clicks compatible refills are also priced right to put one in the hands of every crafter.

Hall 7A, Stand B-10 Micro Scooters heads into Spielwarenmesse 2026 with a clear mission: take the products families already love and make them feel unmistakably modern for the year ahead. The result is a full refresh across the brand’s best-sellers, with new colours, new finishes and a stronger sustainability story running through the range. Retailers will find a stand that blends reliable volume drivers with striking newness designed to reinvigorate the category. Micro’s Mini Micro 4-in-1 has been given a full colour update for 2026. The new shades feel clean, soft and stylish. Its core USP remains unchanged; one product that adapts from ages 18 months and to six years, reducing waste and giving families years of use. Joining the line-up is the Rock and Go, the world’s first rocker and scooter in one. It supports early balance, grows with the child and, uniquely, allows two siblings of different ages to use it at the same time in different modes. It is playful, intuitive and a genuine point of difference for retailers who want something new, credible and commercial in the one to three space. Together, the 4-in-1 and Rock and Go give Micro a clear, defensible position in early years mobility: products built to last, designed for every stage and engineered with the quality parents expect. The full nursery range is available now with updated imagery, POS storytelling and movement-led education content to help parents choose with confidence. The Mini Micro Neons introduce bright, joyful colours that jump out at shoppers online and in-store. They respond directly to children’s desire for fun, high-impact colours and give retailers an easy way to refresh displays without changing the product architecture. Alongside sit the Mini Eco models. Two new Eco colours arrive in 2026, continuing Micro’s commitment to using recycled materials with a reduced resource footprint while maintaining the smooth, stable ride parents rely on. Point-of-sale material helps retailers communicate the environmental benefits clearly. For five to 12-year-olds, Micro launches Maxi Micro Neons and a Neochrome finish. Neons bring the energy, while Neochrome brings the style. Both give older riders that cooler scooter they always ask for. The ranges land summer 2026, timed to maximise outdoor demand. The Sprite Art Collection is a standout. Its liquid infusion finish means no two scooters look the same, giving retailers a strong talking point and high online conversion. The Sprite Glow continues as a proven hit, and the Sprite Eco, introduced this year, offers a sustainable two-wheeled option with full retail support. Micro backs every launch with integrated PR, content and ambassador activity. Retailers gain access to ready-made video assets, imagery, sustainability messaging and educational content through the Movement Project. As a B Corp, Micro also supports long-term ownership through extensive spares, repairs and guidance. At Nuremberg, buyers will see the next chapter of Micro, with iconic scooters made new again and designed to help the category grow with confidence.
