Transition from WINC to COS – Key Dates and What You Need to Know THHS will transition from WINC to our new workplace supplies provider, COS (Complete Office Solution), when the current WINC contract expires on 30 December 2025. From 31 December, COS will become our new ordering system for office and workplace supplies. Around 755 users across the health service will be affected. To ensure a smooth changeover, please review the user list circulated by Financial Accounting and advise of any updates. Staff are also asked to place and approve any essential WINC orders before 30 December. As part of the rollout, all COS orders placed in January and February 2026 will receive a 50% discount, offering a great opportunity to restock at reduced cost.
