Have your say – LGBTQIA+ staff survey on workplace safety and respect

Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) is currently assessing its risk in relation to sexual harassment and sex or gender-based harassment. As part of this work, we are seeking input from LGBTQIA+ staff to better understand potential causes, impacts, and, most importantly, what practical actions THHS can take to prevent and mitigate this risk.

Your insights are incredibly valuable in shaping a safer, more respectful and inclusive workplace for everyone, and will directly inform THHS’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Plan.

Further information is available here: Sexual harassment | Townsville HHS | People and Culture or click the ‘Find Out More’ button to complete the survey.
