Message from the Town Council

s we embrace the vibrant days of summer, we are excited to share the latest updates and upcoming events that reflect our community’s spirit and growth. The Town is committed to maintaining the beauty of our public spaces through the Lighting and Landscape Assessment District (LLAD). LLAD funding ensures our parks, streetlights, and landscaping remain in top condition. Learn more on Page 6 about how property assessment rates have not kept up with inflation, and how that now impacts our community. Along Hartz Avenue, the Downtown Master Plan Catalyst Project has made significant progress. We anticipate wrapping before the winter holidays, and you can read about the improvements on Page 11. We are also making improvements Townwide through the Pavement Management Program, including improvements to San Ramon Valley Boulevard (Page 10).

This summer, enjoy the Music in the Park series and Moonlight Movies, with free events through August 3.
