The Clark County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (ASAP) and the Clark County Health Department will be offering free NARCAN® education and NARCAN® nasal kits to everyone at the booth and mobile unit in front of City Hall behind Court House, June 14, 10 am - 5 pm
The NARCAN® training session includes the following:
• Review of commonly used opioids
• Recognizing signs and symptoms of an overdose
• Instructions on how to administer the life-saving medication, NARCAN®
• Peer Support Specialist services
• Promotion of FindHelpNowKY.org - SUD treatment locator tool
• Resources and education for treatment options
