Protein Smoothie Bowl

Combine all ingredients. Blend on high speed until mixture is pureed.

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp ground ax

1 tbsp pre-soaked chia

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp ground ax

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup spinach

Tropical fruits like mango

Vanilla-based smoothies

1 cup chilled apricot nectar

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup dried apricots

1 1/2 cups peach slices, frozen

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt

4 peach wedges for garnish

Apricot Peach Smoothie

Combine apricot nectar, milk and dried apricots in a blender. Blend high speed until mixture is pureed. Add peach slices and frozen yogurt, and blend on high until mixture is smooth. Too Thick? Add more liquid gradually. Coconut water lightens texture while adding electrolytes.
