I hope you will find that we are living out our mission of “Building Community” in every decision that we make. As I work to develop and deepen my connection to the community I hope you recognize a posture of listening and learning. The success of our district is only possible through connections and engagement within the buildings and the community. I commit to be an engaged leader and differentiate between being visible and being engaged. I think this is a human struggle we all deal with as employees, parents, leaders, and citizens. Sometimes, we are present, but we don’t always engage. I want to encourage you to consider how you can engage with our school district, to become involved in your child’s education, to serve on a committee, or to volunteer in our community.
It is an exciting time to be a part of Lebanon City Schools and I am blessed to lead this amazing learning community. Thank you for engaging in the journey as we work to Build Community in all we do.

Lebanon City School District has a 9.64 mill substitute levy on the November 8, 2022 ballot.
• The levy is a renewal. It is not new money.
• The levy will NOT raise taxes.
• The levy is for 9.64 mills.
• The levy will replace three existing levies.
• The levy will generate $12.2 million in funding for operating expenses in the first year, equal to the three existing levies.
• After the first year, the levy will capture new growth: new homes and new businesses will pay their share, which will generate additional revenue, while existing residents will not pay extra.
VOTE YES FOR LEBANON SCHOOLS NOV
• Local property taxes are the primary funding source for educating Lebanon’s students.
• 60% of the district’s funding comes from local property taxes because the state funding formula for public education does not provide enough money for the district to properly educate its students.
• State funding provides less than half of what it costs to educate a student. Local property taxes cover the rest of the cost.
15% in Cost
15% in Performance
• It costs $11,058 to educate a child in Lebanon City Schools, which is $2,300 lower than the state average.
• Lebanon’s per pupil costs are in the lowest 15% in the state.
• Lebanon ranks 6th out of 8 for the lowest school district property taxes in Warren County.
• Lebanon’s Performance Index score is 85% of the state maximum. The Performance Index measures student passage and achievement levels on state tests.

All of the techniques we use at Countryside Integrative Health work towards the same goal; freeing you from you neck pain, back pain, headaches, or any pain you experience.
Chiropractic is a unique approach to healthcare that focuses on the relationship between the body’s main structures and the patient’s health. Chiropractors perform adjustments to the spine and other parts of the body with the goal of correcting alignment, easing pain, and supporting the body’s ability to heal itself.
At Countryside Integrative Health, our chiropractors commonly treat neck pain, back pain, and headaches. What most people don’t know is that we treat just as many patients with pain in the shoulders, knees, and feet.
“[...] After just a couple months of treatment my range of motion in my neck is 80% percent better and the shoulder pain about 50%. Looking forward to further visits and keep improving.”
– Ken“Prior to chiropractic care, I experienced frequent headaches and shoulder tightness and pain. With regular care, I rarely have headaches and my shoulder mobility has improved. Dr Tony and his staff are always friendly, professional, and give great care. I highly recommend them.”
