Welcome to the Annual Spring Parade of Homes™! Since its debut in 1958, the Parade has showcased more than 2,225 homes across 340 neighborhoods throughout Alachua County and the surrounding areas. For decades, the Parade of Homes™ has given residents a unique opportunity to explore the latest innovations in home design, discover thoughtfully planned communities, and see firsthand the newest advances in energy-efficient building techniques.

Tommy’s journey in homebuilding began when he was about 10 years old, working alongside his father on weekends. “I started by digging ditches, picking up trash, and sweeping,” he recalls.
