SUMMER TERM 1. MAY 2025
LGA NEWS YOUR SCHOOL'S NE WSLETTER FOR PARENTS, CARERS & GUARDIANS
We are incredibly proud to announce that Amber, one of our exceptional Sixth Form students at Lord Grey Academy, has been selected to represent Team GB in Cable Wakeboarding! This is a phenomenal achievement and a true testament to Amber’s dedication, discipline, and passion for her sport. Cable Wakeboarding is a demanding discipline that combines strength, skill, and agility — and Amber has proven she has what it takes to compete at the very highest level. What makes her accomplishment even more inspiring is how successfully she balances her elite-level training and competitions with her A Level studies. Amber continues to demonstrate commitment not just on the water, but also in the classroom — showing exactly what it means to live out our Lord Grey Values of Determination, Ambition, and Integrity. We will be cheering her on as she takes on this exciting journey with Team GB and look forward to sharing updates as she competes internationally. Amber’s success is a shining example of how our students can achieve greatness both academically and beyond the classroom.
