Denise Reed Born and raised in the Philippines, I grew up surrounded by music and developed a love for the performing arts at an early age. From singing and performing to playing the guitar and piano, writing songs, and participating in local and school competitions, music was always a big part of my life. When I moved to the United States at 19, that passion gradually took a backseat as I focused on my education and building a career. In recent years, however, I’ve slowly been rediscovering my love for music and finding the confidence to step back on stage. Outside of music, I’m a newlywed and a proud dog parent! Being a finalist on South Bay’s Got Talent is an exciting and meaningful opportunity for me—not only to share my voice, but also to reconnect with something that has always brought me so much joy. I hope this experience is just the beginning of many more opportunities to grow as a performer, continue honing my craft, and most importantly, keep doing what I love.
