ՊԱՏՄԱԿԱՆ ՔԱՅԼ ՄԸ՝ ԹՈՐՈՆԹՈՅԻ ՀԱՅԵՑԻ ԿՐԹՈՒԹԵԱՆ ԱՊԱԳԱՅԻՆ ՀԱՄԱՐ Մեծ ուրախութեամբ կը յայտնենք, որ յաջողութեամբ ձեռք ձգեցինք 211 Consumers Road հասցէին գտնուող համալիր մը, որ պիտի փոխարինէ՝ միաժամանակ գերազանցելով ներկայիս ընթացքի դրուած Հայ երիտասարդական կեդրոնի ընդլայնումի ծրագիրը։ 15,05 միլիոն տոլար արժող այս ձեռքբերումը համայնքի պատմութեան մէջ ամենամեծ տնտեսական ծրագիրն է, որ կը հանդիսանայ ազգային կրթութեան եւ համայնքային գործունէութեան երկարաժամկէտ ու կայուն աճն ու ապագան ապահովող վճռական ու ռազմավարական ներդրում մը։ Համալիրի իւրայատուկ կառուցուածքը առիթը պիտի ընծայէ նաեւ ՀՕՄ-ի ամէնօրեայ վարժարանի 7–12-րդ կարգերու տեղաւորումը նոր համալիրին մէջ, մանկապարտէզի եւ նախակրթարանի բաժիններու աճին ու զարգացումին համար անհրաժեշտ տարածք ստեղծելով ներկայի երկու շէնքերուն մէջ։ Տարիներէ ի վեր, տարածքի սահմանափակումներուն պատճառով բազմաթիւ հայ երեխաներ չեն կրցած ընդունուիլ համայնքիս միակ ամենօրեայ վարժարանը։ Այս ընդլայնումը ուղղակիօրէն կը լուծէ այդ հարցը եւ կ’ապահովէ վարժարանին կայուն ու շարունակական աճը։ Նոր նախաձեռնութեան նպաստելու համար, ACC Beyond հանգանակային արշաւը՝ որ սկզբնապէս մեկնարկած էինք Հայ երիտասարդական կեդրոնի ընդլայնումի աշխատանքներուն ի նպաստ, պիտի վերամեկնարկուի եւ ուղղուի այս նոր ծրագիրի իրականացումին։ Այս անկիւնադարձը կը խորհրդանշէ կրթական գերազանցութեան եւ ազգային ու մշակութային ժառանգութեան պահպանումի նոր ժամանակաշրջան մը։ Ժամանակակից այս համալիրը ձեռք ձգելով՝ համայնքը կ’երաշխաւորէ գանատահայութեան համար կայուն ու բարգաւաճ ապագայ մը։ Շնորհաւորութի՜ւն թորոնթոհայ համայնքին: ֎ ՀՅԴ «Ս. The Armenian Community of Toronto has reached a historic turning point in its commitment to preserving and strengthening Armenian cultural life. In a transformative move, the community has successfully acquired a premier, move-in-ready institutional facility at 211 Consumers Road. This significant achievement replaces the previously proposed expansion of the Armenian Youth Centre (AYC). This $15.05 million acquisition stands as the largest financial investment in the history of the Toronto-Armenian community. It represents a decisive commitment to long-term stability, providing the infrastructure necessary to ensure the future of our growing community. This facility will also house the Grades 7–12 students of A.R.S. Armenian Private School, thereby unlocking essential capacity within our existing buildings to expand our Kindergarten and Elementary programs. This strategic realignment addresses years of enrollment limitations and ensures that every child seeking a trilingual education has a place to grow and thrive. To support this new initiative, the ACC Beyond Campaign, originally launched to fund the expansion of the AYC, will be relaunched and redirected toward this transformative project. This milestone marks a new era of academic excellence and cultural preservation. By securing this state-of-the-art facility, the community is ensuring a stable, thriving, and sustainable future for Armenian-Canadians for generations to come.
