Please note, Bus T3 has been organised to transport boarders from TGS to Toowoomba Tennis Association and return. Dayboys are also welcome to catch this bus over to Toowoomba Tennis Association after their team photo.
TEAM PHOTOS
Team photos will be taken this Saturday for teams playing at Home and Toowoomba Tennis Association, except the First IV. Players will need to be in the following uniform for photos:
• TGS Blazer, TGS Tennis Polo Shirt, TGS Tennis Shorts (New Balance Playing Shorts), TGS Sports Socks and Sneakers All team photos will be taken in Old Hall. Please refer to the above schedule for team photo times. Please meet your coach outside Old Hall 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time.

TGS - Tennis Courts - 24 Margaret Street, East Toowoomba

BBC - Senior Tennis Courts - Kensington Terrace, Toowong
BBC - Junior Tennis Courts - Miskin Street, Toowong
UQ Tennis Courts - Blair Drive, St Lucia
• Travel/Arrival: First IV to arrive in First IV Tennis Uniform. All First IV players must bring their Blazer with them. All other players can arrive/travel in their Tennis Uniform and/or School Tracksuit with TGS Training Shirt.
• Warm Up/Game: TGS tennis uniform requirements for players during games. Tennis shorts must be worn; PE Shorts are not acceptable. Boys are strongly encouraged to wear their TGS Tennis Cap for all games. Note: TGS socks must be worn and non-marking footwear.
• Spectators:

CANTEEN AND REFRESHMENTS
• For Saturday sport, boys arriving on campus or travelling to away venues, including spectators, must be in School Uniform.
• Spectators or players wishing to watch the First IV must be in Blazer Dress.
• For Home Games - please wear your Akubra
• When away - TGS Cap can be worn with Blazer Dress.
• Footwear (players and spectators): Sneakers must be worn to all venues, home and away. Boys are not permitted to wear slides, thongs, crocs, deck shoes etc. Only sneakers are allowed to be worn.
TGS tennis players are required to take their own food for the duration of the day to all away venues as canteens will not be in operation.
Teams at BBC and UQ
No canteen facilities will be available on the day at these venues.
Teams at TGS
Canteen facilities will be available on the day at the TGS Pavilion and Glen McCracken Sports Centre.
Teams at Toowoomba Tennis Association
TTA will have a light canteen in operation with drinks and snacks available, but no hot food.
All TGS Tennis Buses will depart from, and return to, the Margaret Street Loop. Boys are to arrive 15 minutes before their bus departure time. Please see below Bus Masters for each Bus:

Team Coaches
• Bus travel will be compulsory for all boys for Term 2.
• Boys are not permitted to drive themselves or others to fixtures.
• Boys can return to Toowoomba with their parents/guardians after their game; however, they MUST advise their Bus Master before departure.
• Transport will be organised for boarders playing at Toowoomba Tennis Association.

The following meals have been organised for TGS Boarders playing Away:

TGS Tennis Boarders playing at Home and TTA will have breakfast before their games and will collect lunch from the Pavilion canteen at the conclusion of their game or when they return to TGS from TTA.
Medical attention will be available throughout the day at all venues.
Please be advised that parking for TGS Football and Tennis Fixtures is available in side streets adjacent to the school or via Entrance 1 or Entrance 2. Parking in the Aquatic Centre Car Park (Entrance 3) is reserved for Aquatic Centre patrons only.
• NO Alcohol is to be consumed at GPS Tennis Fixtures without the Headmaster’s permission.
• NO Smoking: All venues are non-smoking venues.
