TEAM PHOTOS
Team photos will be taken this Saturday for teams playing at Home. Playing uniform will be required for team photos, including correct TGS socks and New Balance Multi Purpose playing shorts. All team photos will be taken in Old Hall. Please refer to the above schedule for team photo times. Please meet your coach outside Old Hall 10 minutes prior to your scheduled photo time. Team photos for Years 9 to 12 teams will be taken on Saturday, 28 March 2026 (Round 9).

GAME DAY INFORMATION
ROUND 5: SATURDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2026
• Travel/Arrival: First VI to arrive in Full Blazer Dress. All other players can arrive/travel in their school tracksuit or multi-purpose playing shorts with TGS training shirt. Please note, sneakers must be worn. Boys are not permitted to wear slides, thongs, crocs, deck shoes etc.
• Warm Up/Game: Normal volleyball uniform requirements for players during games. Volleyball shorts (multi-purpose playing shorts) must be worn, PE Shorts are not acceptable. Note: TGS socks must be worn and non-marking footwear. Playing jerseys will be provided to players at the game.
• Spectators:
• For Saturday sport, any boys arriving on campus, both Home and Away, must be in School uniform, including spectators.
• Spectators or players wishing to watch the First VI can be in their Golds uniform or training uniform. Blazer Dress is not required for spectators in Term 1. Boys are not permitted to wear slides, thongs, crocs, deck shoes etc. Only sneakers are allowed to be worn by players and spectators.

A canteen will be available on the day at Glen McCracken Sports Centre.
CANTEEN AND REFRESHMENTS
Teams playing GT
A canteen will be available at the Campbell Centre at St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace on the day. Teams playing at Waterford Place and All Hallows will have the opportunity to use this canteen if required on the day.
All TGS Volleyball Buses will depart from, and return to, the Margaret Street Loop. Boys are to arrive 15 minutes before their departure time. Please see below Bus Masters for each Bus:

• Bus travel will be compulsory for all boys for Term 1.
• Boys are not permitted to drive themselves or others to fixtures.
• Boys can return to Toowoomba with their parents/guardians after their game; however, they MUST advise their Bus Master before departure.
The following meals have been organised for TGS Boarders playing Away:

Please be advised that parking for TGS Volleyball Fixtures is on side streets adjacent to the school or via Entrance 1. Parking in the Aquatic Centre Car Park, Entrance 3, is reserved for Aquatic Centre Patrons only.
• NO alcohol is to be consumed at home or away fixtures.
• NO smoking: all campuses are non-smoking campuses.
