Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for March 2024 total 417 compared to March 2023 when the total was 495.

AVERAGE PRICE UP 4.4% The average closed price for March 2024 was $455,715 compared to March 2023 when the average price was $436,664.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 5.0% The median closed price for March 2024 was $420,000 compared to March 2023 when the median price was $400,000.

INVENTORY UP 15.9% FOR SALE

Inventory as of this report totals 737 properties which represents 1.8 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 1.3 months supply. Note: Months supply based on closed sales for March

NEW LISTINGS DOWN 5.1% The number of new listings in March 2024 was 664, compared to March 2023 when 700 new listings were reported.
