Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for June 2023 total 564 compared to June 2022 when the total was 766.

AVERAGE PRICE DOWN 3.4% The average closed price for June 2023 was $462,553 compared to June 2022 when the average price was $478,737.

MEDIAN PRICE DOWN 3.4% The median closed price for June 2023 was $424,950 compared to June 2022 when the median price was $440,000.

INVENTORY UP 9.5% FOR SALE

Inventory as of this report totals 937 properties which represents 1.7 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 1.1 months supply. Note: Months supply based on closed sales for June

NEW LISTINGS DOWN 16.7% The number of new listings in June 2023 was 883, compared to June 2022 when 1,060 new listings were reported.
