Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for December 2024 total 393 compared to December 2023 when the total was 364.

AVERAGE PRICE UP 8.8% The average closed price for December 2024 was $448,083 compared to December 2023 when the average price was $411,790.

MEDIAN PRICE UP 11.2% The median closed price for December 2024 was $417,000 compared to December 2023 when the median price was $375,000.

INVENTORY UP 18.4% FOR SALE

Inventory as of this report totals 857 properties which represents 2.2 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 2.0 months supply. Note: Months supply based on closed sales for December

NEW LISTINGS UP 14.7% The number of new listings in December 2024 was 367, compared to December 2023 when 320 new listings were reported.
