Closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre including condos for April 2023 total 377 compared to April 2022 when the total was 609.

AVERAGE PRICE DOWN 4.2% The average closed price for April 2023 was $441,821 compared to April 2022 when the average price was $460,959.

MEDIAN PRICE DOWN 2.4% The median closed price for April 2023 was $415,000 compared to April 2022 when the median price was $425,000.

INVENTORY UP 56.7% FOR SALE

Inventory as of this report totals 658 properties which represents 1.7 months supply. Last year at this time supply was at 0.7 months supply. Note: Months supply based on closed sales for April

NEW LISTINGS DOWN 12.8% The number of new listings in April 2023 was 748, compared to April 2022 when 858 new listings were reported.
