Dear Friends, As we embark on our 2024 journey, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout 2023. Your generosity enabled us to provide crucial assistance to families facing the challenges of pediatric cancer, making a significant impact when it matters the most. Before delving into the promises and possibilities of the new year, I extend my sincere thanks for your continued commitment to our annual appeal. The dollars you’ve donated have been instrumental in our mission, and we cannot thank you enough. To kick things off in January, Keli and I had the honor of visiting families at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. It was a remarkable day spent connecting with patients, where even in the midst of treatments, we encountered
smiles and laughter. One particular highlight was meeting a remarkable young man named Cameron. Amid our conversation, Cameron shared his passion for baseball, revealing he’s a right-handed high school pitcher with an impressive fastball, clocking in at 92 mph! Engaging with Cameron was a joy, and I eagerly anticipate his recovery so we can cheer him on when he makes his return and showcases his talents on the baseball field.
