A Colorado Tradition Continues: Pikes Peak 2026 The Colorado Division has become known throughout Toll Brothers for taking team building to new heights, literally. Over the years, our team has made a tradition of climbing Colorado’s 14ers together, and this year’s adventure to Pikes Peak brought our biggest 14er turnout yet. Nearly 100 team members joined us throughout the day, with a great group taking on the hike up Pikes Peak via the Devil’s Playground route and others joining us for lunch and time together afterward. With beautiful Colorado views, plenty of laughs along the trail and a little determination when the elevation kicked in, it was another great showing from our Colorado team. And because no Colorado Division 14er is complete without a little fun along the way, donuts were waiting at the summit, a well-earned reward at 14,115 feet and the perfect excuse to stop, take in the views and celebrate making it to the top together. After the hike, everyone headed back down to Devil’s Playground, where boxed sandwiches, cold drinks and the rest of the team were waiting. Some of the best moments of the day came after the hiking was done, sitting around, swapping stories from the trail and enjoying lunch together. Our annual 14er has become a Colorado Division tradition we look forward to each year. It’s not simply about reaching the summit. It’s about getting outside together, challenging ourselves, building camaraderie beyond the office and taking advantage of one of the best parts of calling Colorado home. It also gives us a chance to put Take Care of Each Other into action as teammates encourage one another on the trail and celebrate together at the end. The day on Pikes Peak may have come to an end, but there was still an opportunity to make a difference. With boxed lunches and donuts left over, Construction Manager, Thomas Cascante, offered to take them into Denver rather than see any of the food go to waste. Thomas spent the next couple of hours driving around Denver and distributing the remaining lunches to individuals experiencing homelessness. By the end, every single lunch box had found a home, and Thomas shared how grateful everyone was to receive them. It was a great way to carry the spirit of the day beyond the mountain and into our community, and a meaningful example of what it looks like to Do the Right Thing and Take Care of Each Other. A big thank you to Thomas for taking the initiative and the extra time to make sure nothing went to waste. A pretty special way to end an already great day for the Colorado Division.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING I was fortunate to have Jon Fiscus as my CM on the project. Jon was constantly available and responsive to my questions and input, as well as personable and friendly. He made great effort to ensure progress was swift, which resulted in completion well ahead of schedule.. Regency at Montaine This is my fourth new build and I feel like Russ Boyak has been the best construction manager I’ve worked with. Jackson Creek John was excellent! He went above and beyond for us and really made us feel like he cared personally about our home and our journey with Toll Brothers building. We’re so happy he was our construction manager and are looking forward to a continued partnership as he remains in the Neighborhood building house houses. Erie Town Center

What is your favorite book, or what are you currently reading? Honesty I don’t really read much and would rather watch the movie lol. However Extreme Ownership is great book. I can always go back to certain chapters and find something new that I may have over looked. Do you have any pets? Yes, I have 2 wild and adventurous dogs, Max & Buck. Max (6) is always up for a car ride & loves to bark at wildlife or give chase if he has the chance and Buck (7 months) is the destroyer of my wife’s shoes! He is quickly learning from Max as well which is awesome. . Any hidden talents or hobbies? I love to fly fish / camp and Rip my RZR around on the trails. Favorite sports team? Any team that is playing the Cowboys or Texans is my favorite team. Die-hard Broncos Fan here. Favorite movie or TV show? Step Brothers/ The Other Guys or Mavrick are great movies. Yellowstone series followed up by Landman & Lioness. All great shows. What’s #1 on your bucket list? Next year’s bucket list is Moab (Red Rock Rally) to test my skill with my RZR. Trails like Poison Spyder/ Cliff Hanger/ Steel Bender are at the top of the list.
