Team,
As we wrap up another successful fiscal year and enter the holiday season, I want to take a moment to reflect on something that goes beyond sales, closings, starts, and gross margin, and that’s the heart of this team In a world and at a time, where it’s easy to focus inward, the Arizona Division has demonstrated, time and again, that we’re committed to looking outward, and lifting others who are less fortunate or in need. From honoring Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy by building beds for children in need, to packing essentials for the homeless, and adopting entire classrooms for the holidays, your actions speak volumes about who we are as a team
Over the course of the year, we supported meaningful causes every single month, and often more than one cause at a time. In July, we donated 49 backpacks to the Boys & Girls Club In November, we raised $805 through Toll Veterans shirt sales to benefit Soldier’s Best Friend, an organization that pairs rescue dogs with veterans coping with PTSD In December, our team is wrapping up the year with both a Toys for Tots collection and our annual Adopt-a-Class gift drive Add in our Juneteenth and Pride celebrations, community painting events, Rubber Duck races, and Operation Holidays from Home for our troops, and it’s clear; this is more than just a workplace or a job, this is a community, and it is full of people who are compassionate and who care
So, thank you for showing up every day Not just for your roles, but for each other, for your neighbors, and for those who need a little extra help Your generosity and involvement embodies our values; Doing the right thing, taking care of each other, and being the best!
As we look ahead to a new year filled with both challenges and opportunities, I hope each of you takes pride in what we’ve accomplished, both on and off the field, and that you take a moment to reflect, and share with your families, the impact the Arizona Division has made to our community
Happy Holidays!
