Key Tasks ● Display loyalty to Tokomairiro High School and positively promote our school in the community. ● Maintain confidentiality about students and staff. ● Work in a positive and co-operative way with staff, students and parents. ● ● Distribution of mail to staff. ● Posting of mail. ● Maintaining pupil records on the Student Management System as well as physical records. ● Monitoring and recording absences. ● Manage all new enrolments in KAMAR and ENROL
Reprographics
● Photocopying of o school-wide materials. o departmental materials. o examination materials. o school reports. ● normal day to day maintenance of school reprographic equipment.
General Running of the School Office
● Reception duties: o Answering telephone calls. o Taking messages for staff. o Receiving school visitors. ● Responsibility for school keys. ● Collecting money and issuing receipts. ● Undertaking school banking. ● Archiving school records.
