HENRY B GONZALEZ CONVENTION CENTER The central component of San Antonio’s successful convention industry, the Henry B. González Convention Center is in the middle of the city’s historic downtown on the banks of the famous River Walk. Here you can find maps and parking information, as well as the convention center layout. HGBCC is located at 900 E. Market Street in San Antonio.
TRANSPORTATION Car Rental At the airport, take the elevator or escalator to the Mezzanine Level in Terminal B and cross the Sky Bridge to access the Consolidated Car Rental Facility. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft/etc.): Fares from airport: $20.00-$35.00 (average, depending on time of day) Rideshare pick up area at airport is on the outer commercial curbside, lower level of Terminal A. Public Transportation: From the airport, take the VIA Metropolitan Transit’s Route 5 from the West end of Terminal B. The ride to downtown San Antonio takes approximately 30 minutes and costs $1.30. Visit the VIA website or download the VIA mobile app for more information and routes around the city. Taxi cabs are available at the outer commercial curbside at Terminal A. Prices START at $25-$30 and cost in total $55-$65 with additional fees.
