monthly financial reports for August 2022: City of Bonham’s Finance Supervisor Michelle Burnett came to the podium to address the board and asked the Board Members if they had their copies to review. After making an inquiry, President McDonald concurred that the Board’s budget looked to be averaging about 10% ahead of revenue coming in and commented on expenses for Jones Field and KSA. Lee Ellis then made a motion to accept the report with Kelly Royse seconding the motion which passed unanimously. 4. Citizens Opportunity to Speak: [The Board of Directors of the Bonham Economic Development Corporation invites persons with comments or observations to briefly address the Board for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda. Local practice limits comments to three (3) minutes or less. State law prohibits the Board of Directors from considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted Board of Directors Agenda.): There were no speakers. 5.
